This is by far one of the most worst customer service experience I have ever encountered from a business let alone a small family business. First of all I had made an appointment last week to get my windshield replaced and because I'm so busy don't have time take a whole day off and get the windshield replaced so long story short I go down there and I show up for the appointment that I made this individual which I'm assuming is Angel oh, he tells me I have to order that window it won't be here till about 1:32 and 10:30 in the morning. I look at him a disappointment and I asked him what was the point of me making an appointment if you weren't going to have the window ready never once said anything to me it's kind of up in the air and walked away from me so I sat there and I called the vehicle provider that sent me to this guy complain to them they said unfortunate that's important that we use so I went back today they had the window to replace is it but doesn't put anything back that's the way I had it they just threw everything on the floor my camera my sticker was still on the old window I mean just very unprofessional especially when there's so many places to go to the valley for vehicle service to get this kind of bad customer service and bad disposition. Don't trust these guys to replace your windshield if you care about your vehicle. They don't care about your vehicle or the work they do. In the process of replacing the windshield on my 1996 Corvette they ruined the metal reveal moldings (on the left and right sides of the window); bending both beyond repair, scratching interior plastics on the A-pillar and leaving the interior of my car full of debris left over from the removal of the old windshield (which they didn't vacuum). The moldings and replacement windshield were also slopped up with new silicon/sealant that they didn't bother to clean. The owner agreed to meet with me to evaluate the damaged moldings, and agreed to source and install replacement moldings (which are discontinued and no longer in production). When he couldn't source the parts after several weeks, I asked if I could source them myself and have him reimburse me (which he also agreed to). Nothing but excuses for two months since the windshield was replaced and in the end I had to eat the cost of replacement used moldings. If they care enough to resolve this they know how to reach me.

I bought a car from a dealer who used this company to fix the windshield that was cracked upon purchase. when they came initially to fix it they brought the wrong windshield. Not a big deal. They came the next day but then the windshield ended up not sealing right so I had made an appointment for them to come fix it. They were scheduled to show up between 10-12 the next day which they ended up not even showing up, so I had to have them reschedule for the following Monday. Same thing happened 3 Monday’s in a row. They are never on time and want you to wait all day for a mediocre repair. Finally got them to show up to fix the seal. I put my windshield wipers up in the service position, instead of taking them off they bent them down, opened the hood, and took them off from underneath the hood. Resulting in wiper arms being bent and now I have to replace those. They also tried to take a bunch of my trim pieces off and then put them back on incorrectly, but I was standing there watching them so I made them re-do it. A friend referred me to Angels auto glass to get a catalytic converter done for my 2009 Toyota Corolla. I called and talked to Angel and what mattered the most was that my car would pass emissions. Angel let me know that they use OeM parts and without a doubt my car will pass emissions. I hadn’t even gotten 2 miles down the street And the check engine and VSC light came on. There is no possible way my car can pass emissions and the code for Catalytic converter is still coming on when I hook my car up to the obd diagnostic device. I should have known something would go wrong considering auto glass is their specialty. Why even promise something you’re unsure of? I will call tomorrow to see what happens and let the world know how Angel handles this.

Fast and professional. My windshield was replaced while I sat in the comfortable covered outdoor waiting area enjoying the fall breeze and sunshine. The real customer service gem was I had inquired about “window repair” as I had a rear window that was off track and someone had tried to push it down (to probably break in by opening the door). I was told that they did not do window repair. I noted in my head to find a window repair when I left. WELL, as I pulled out I noticed there wasn’t a draft coming from the behind me. WHAT, the installation crew had put my rear window back on track without even saying anything❗️ That was a great customer service add on!

I lease a vehicle through a company that gets their auto glass replaced through this company Angel Auto Glass. I go in to the office and let the guy at the desk know what I came in for which was to replace the windshield that was damaged. I let him know through who so that he would know what company to charge. They make it fairly easy here as far as replacing glass with no hassle. Just hand over keys and they give you an estimated time on when service should be completed. There is no waiting room but there is a bench outside in covered area directly outside of office if you want to wait there. No complaints so far they have done a great job with service.
