I normally don't write reviews, but Shane and the crew at Quality Auto Glass definitely earned a 5 star review from me. I had a slight emergency in the early afternoon of a Friday and needed a professional to fix the sunroof on my 2006 Toyota 4runner. After calling around to a few shops I was recommended to Quality Auto Glass. I gave Shane a call and he was happy to get me in right away. After about an hour of hard work, Shane had my sunroof completely fixed and I was on my way home right before the rain started again. Everything has been a greater challenge through the pandemic, but Quality Auto Glass was an exception. I appreciate the staff and that they all wore masks while working. I would recommend this shop for your auto glass needs. I haven't used their detail services yet, but I did see them working on other vehicles and they looked like they were doing a great job. Simple windshield replacement resulting in a damaged cowling, water leak and flooded vehicle. Mike, the owner, lacks integrity and accountability. It took me weeks of contacting him repeatedly before he returned my calls. Instead of admitting fault to the damage, he rudely tried to gaslight me into believing it was my sunroof drain tubes that were the source of the leak - attempting to lure me back into his shop to charge me for the unnecessary repair of said drain tubes. Mike spoke to me as if I was a child, not a customer. I spent time and money replacing the drain tubes (as shown in the attached video). After the water leak persisted, I had no choice but to take my vehicle to an authorized Infiniti dealer that ultimately proved Quality Auto Glass’s work resulted vehicle damage and the subsequent water leak + flooding. Even with the dealership’s extensive documented evidence of the vehicle leak source, and jerry-rigged windshield cowling with globs of liquid silicone (photo attached), Quality Auto Glass attempted to accuse me of the damage and flooding. Had I not contacted Safelite and Allstate immediately upon receiving my vehicle back from Quality Auto Glass, and thereon extensively documenting the damage, I’m afraid I would have fallen victim to Mike’s lies and false accusations. Safelite had to threaten revoking Quality Auto Glass’s Safelite license before Mike finally accepted liability for his employee’s malpractice and pay for my damages. It’s a shame. I aim to support local businesses in my neighborhood. I went to Quality Auto Glass because of their good reviews and proximity to my home. While my vehicle is finally repaired, nothing will compensate me for the hours of time and stress resulting from something so simple as a windshield replacement gone wrong - not to mention, replacing sunroof drain tubes that were working fine in the first place. There are good small business owners with integrity out in this world. Unfortunately, Mike is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a rock chip in my front suv window. Shane promptly gave me a time to come in and get it fixed same day. It took 20 minutes to fix the crack. The chip was not fixed to Shanes satisfaction so he didn’t charge me for the chip repair. He gave me information on fixing the entire window and how to move forward with a new window. They were kind and considerate. Very very helpful and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend & great quality service! About seven years ago I got my other cars windshield replaced here. It was quickly replaced with wonderful kind customer service. These folks are absolutely incredible, super honest, and are very economical (they actively try their best to fix your issue at a very good price - Shawn and Logan were the ones that helped me)! I had an older Subaru that had issues with the driver's window for the longest time. I originally replaced the regulator but it continued to have the same issue. These amazing folks first tried so many things to fix the issue (changing the glass, regulator, channels, etc) and in the end, they ended up only charging me for a small piece that they needed to change and it was quite cheap. Now the driver's window smoothly goes up and down like nothing ever happened! Other places wanted to charge me much more for just looking at the car, but these folks were so nice, honest, and great people. If you need any glass repair, definitely give these folks a ring!!

Fast, friendly, quality service! I had a small chip in my windshield that was starting to spread. I wanted to get it repaired before it turned into a crack that would require an expensive windshield replacement. I called Safelite, who works with my insurance company, but their first available appointments were over two weeks out. No good. I called Quality Auto Glass and they set me up with an appointment for the very next day! I had a 4:00 appointment and went prepared for the usual waiting that goes along with having work done on your car -- waiting to get your car in, then waiting for the work to be done, then waiting to pay the bill. Cody got me in promptly at 4:00 and I was back on the road by 4:16! Good luck getting Safelite or one of the other big outfits to perform their work so well! John is a straight shooter, and I appreciate that. He’s very professional. My passenger side window was broken into while I was at the gym, and QAG put a temporary clear sheet over my window that day; I got my new window the following morning. Glass was everywhere, and the workers cleaned up 90% of it. I told them they literally picked up the pieces of my trauma. At first I was concerned because my windows wouldn’t lock when I turned on the SUV. John did some online research when I explained I was worried about driving around with unlocked windows. He put a lot of effort into trying to figure out what was wrong, and he and I both called shops to see if an electrician could help that day. John said if he caused the error then he’d pay for it. I was about to go to a shop when I realized the reason my doors weren’t locking was because the back left one wasn’t closed all the way. Basically, things had to be reset when the windows were replaced, and the door wasn’t sensed as open until afterward. Closing it firmly solved the issue, and all was well. Thanks, John and Quality Auto Glass! I hope I don’t need your services again, but it’s good to know you’re fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Seattle area. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance if you don’t want to wait in their lobby. Check out the before and after photos.
