Came in today to get tint installed on my 2016 Audi SQ5. Before dropping it off, I personally washed the car and did a full walk-around, carefully checking all the windows, there were no scratches. The only known damage on my car is a small crack on the windshield that I’ve had for some time. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed visible scratches running down from the windows where the tint was applied. I’ve never had scratches on my windows before. I bought this car last year from an elderly man who barely drove it, the condition has always been excellent. I recently had the back windows tinted by a higher-end shop and had zero issues. So naturally, I pointed this out to the manager here. His response? “They were already there,” and, “Now that there’s tint, you can see them.” He also said, “The car’s 10 years old.” I asked, “Then why didn’t this happen on the other side? Why is this only happening with your work?” He deflected, saying the scratches could have happened when the windows were rolled down. Then told me they don’t use blades , which I never accused them of using. I was simply stating: My car did NOT have scratches until I brought it here. When I pushed back, he said, “What is it that you want? A free job?” No!!! I want accountability. Instead, I got gaslit. Bottom line: Don’t do business here. Maybe you’ll get lucky. Or maybe your car will get scratched and they’ll deny all responsibility. It be a 0 star but I have to put 1 start in order to post 🙄

Stay away from this business. I had my windshield replaced here today, and within 30 minutes of leaving, I discovered that my windshield wipers no longer worked—something that was completely fine before I brought the car in. I immediately called the shop, only to be told I’d have to come back Monday (they’ll close for the weekend by the time I get back to their shop), and then I was hung up on. When I called back, someone else told me to go to AutoZone to “tighten the wipers,” which is not even a real solution. AutoZone referred me elsewhere, where it was finally determined that a fuse had been blown—likely during the windshield replacement. The component affected is not minor — it affects critical electrical systems including wipers, and now my car is undriveable in the rain. I now face a potential $209 diagnosis fee from Acura just to figure out the full extent of the damage. This entire issue stems directly from the careless work done at this shop. As of now, I have no resolution, and because the business is closed, I’m left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive if weather conditions change. I’ll be showing up first thing Monday afternoon expecting a full resolution, and will update this review based on how the business handles this situation. To make matters worse, I’ve now noticed that the windshield they installed is visually distorted. There’s a constant warping effect—almost like looking through a funhouse mirror—where objects appear to shift, bounce, or change size as I drive. It’s incredibly distracting, creates eye strain, and feels downright unsafe. I’ve never experienced this with any windshield before. For a shop that claims to specialize in auto glass, this level of quality is unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle, your safety, and being treated with respect — I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere

I came here for the first time At the beginning of January. This place was recommended by my father in law that went here 5 years ago. I was told to get there 20 minutes before they open on a Saturday. I got there an hour early and there were already 5 people waiting in their cars. From the time they opened the doors to walking out it was about 1.5 to 2 hours. The install looked great. I had no problems and the price was fair at around $245 for a windshield replacement. The staff was very professional, quick, got things done and provided exactly what I was looking for. Affordable Price and quality work. I saw David, the manager, from other google reviews. Super nice guy and gets it done right. I really want affordable auto glass to know that the price was right and the install was clean. The glass was right and I have no complaints. I will be coming here again. I highly recommend them as well over satellite, five star glass and other competitors. PS while I was there, i saw them supply glass to a lot of vans, trucks and mobile units. Affordable Autoglass looks like a distributor although I’m not sure. Realize your going to the source, so don’t get up charged by someone else.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY HAVE POOR QUALITY GLASS AND SERVICE!!!! The phrase "you pay what you pay for" is pretty accurate to describe this place. I went in hoping to get a good quality auto glass windshield for my BMW. They installed a PGW auto glass and then next thing you know, my HUD is distorted and slanted as shown in the images. I told the guy Jesus about it and he just stayed quiet and didn't take any blame. I came back again the next day after having it reviewed by professionals at the BMW dealership and they explained that they installed a poor quality glass for my BMW. I then told Jesus to install Pilkington auto glass and he quoted me for a price similar to what the delearship was quoting me. I then told Jesus to remove my windshield and give me a full refund and he tried to negotiate with me on that. Once they eventually removed my windshield, I went to the BMW dealership to find out that affordable auto glass had put many scratches at the top of my car and had broken my cowling (shown in the picture below). This was a horrible experience and keep in mind I had to go back to the shop many times and took weeks and so much hastle. Never ever go here as that person Jesus/Jose is a terrible employee.

I was very pleased with the service and the work. Everything was great. But a week after replacing my window, the window replacement suddenly cracked/shattered while I was driving. They said the best they can do is take $7 off the price. Terrible customer service… why would I ever trust a place that accepts giving customers defective glass. Now I have to go through the same hassle of cleaning my car out, the repair time, and cost. Do not waste your time and money here. Edit: they installed the new glass with a piece of broken glass still stuck on my car interior. I’m guessing this caused the new glass to shatter due to vibrations against it while driving.

I came to this place to replace my cracked windshield. I really appreciated that they were able to give me an estimate over the phone—that saved me a trip in case the price didn’t work for me. You can make an appointment if you’d like, but they also accept walk-ins. Overall, my experience was fast and smooth. I will say that because they are so affordable, they seem to get a lot of customers, which keeps the staff—especially the checkout ladies—pretty busy and a bit stressed. They move fast and don’t really have time to chat, which I understand, but I can see how that might come off as rushed or less friendly to some people. I did see reviews mentioning their customer service, and this was my experience with that aspect. On a positive note, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. He explained the process clearly, told me why things were being done a certain way, and was happy to answer any questions I had with solid knowledge. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need another window replacement at an affordable price.
