Stood me up twice. Very unprofessional

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Called this morning and spoke with Chris about a quote on replacing a driver window and repairing a chip in the windshield. Was told a price which was a good price, and was told he had the window in stock and could do it today. That he could come to the house or I could bring it in. So I drive in to the address for the business and can’t find it. I call and he proceeds to tell me that he said this morning he couldn’t do it today and that he doesn’t have it in stock. And tells me he said they don’t have a shop they have to come to me. He told me the opposite of everything he told me this morning. Then tells me “well this ain’t no stop in and change your oil and go place.” I’ve got higher standards than just beating a price, I don’t appreciate being treated like a piece of trash. If you don’t care to be treated like that then go for it but I refuse to give money to someone that unprofessional.

Made an appt and waited for them to show up. I called a few mins after my appt time to see if they were coming. The young girl put me on hold for a couple of minutes to tell me she didnt see me on the schedule and that she would call the gentleman I originally spoke to and see what was going on. She took my number and I waited.........and waited.....and waited. No return call. Worst customer service ever. Was able to get a replacement the next day at S and S Auto Glass. Quick, pleasant service there.
