I recently had an excellent experience with Affordable Auto Glass & Repair. After calling late on a Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fair price quote right then and there on the phone. The following day, I received a call back to confirm our appointment for Monday morning. The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was kept informed about the arrival time. When the techs arrived, they were incredibly patient and professional. I had misplaced the key to my vehicle, but despite my own anxiety over the situation, the technicians remained calm and reassured me that it wasn't an issue. (I found the key!) The repair itself was completed in about half an hour, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. They also went above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, ensuring that everything was left immaculate after they finished. This is my sons truck with lots of things broken on it and they even smiled through that! Overall, I am extremely happy with the service. They were professional, reasonably priced, and maintained excellent communication. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair!

I my windshield was smashed on Thursday. I called 13 glass companies and no one could come out till mon or Tues the earliest. David called me back right away and I explained my situation. He was very understanding and told me he is very busy but will do the best he can. I got you he said. He texted me all his info to give to the insurance company. He called me and said the glass will come in tonight and he will be at my house for 6:30am on Friday. He showed up on time and him and his partner got to work. They even vacuumed my car out after. This place was great! I was in Worcester for the day and my driver’s window came off track and was stuck open in an angled position. After calling a major glass chain who told me they couldn’t help me, I called Affordable Glass & Repair. They had me come in right away and they fixed it super quickly. Not only that, but they completely vacuumed out my car while the window was being fixed. Fast friendly service and a fair price. Super thankful to these folks. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. First, I brought my car to the dealership for the windshield to be replaced. I left work a half hour early to get to the dealership and AAG never showed up, and never called, the dealership had to call to find out where they were. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday 1/17/23. Thats when the true nightmare began, what should have taken 30 min turned out to be an hour and a half of Hell. Ryan the tech that showed up, could not get the windshield out. He used a torch, knives, a sawzall with a paddle attachment around my entire windshield from the inside, scratching both A-pillars, as well as the headliner over the driver's side. After an hour of losing his mind and dropping F-Bombs for that hour while I watched, Ryan got the windshield out and put the new one in crooked. For the days to follow, I continued to find glass on my dashboard, rug and seats. I took it through the car wash 2 days after the installation and it poured onto the driver's side. Affordable Auto Glass needs to hire trained techs! Extremely unprofessional service. Once again, I am having to bring it back to the dealership, to have it taken care of correctly and by a professional.

I googled “auto glass repair Worcester” and this place showed up with high ratings. I decided what the heck I’ll try them over safe light. Scheduling was easy. I even missed two appointments because of my work interfering and they graciously rescheduled me. The job was done quickly. Everyone in the shop was friendly and welcoming because you kind of sit right in the work area and watch them work right in front of you. My car was vacuumed and everything placed neatly on my passenger seat (anything I forgot to move). I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a shot and bring business to a local Worcester business and not a national chain. Good work man ship!

I absolutely can not say enough positive things about this company. I called after my son’s car was broken into. He is at college in the area and I am in CA, 3,000 miles away. Eddie answered right away and was able to give me an extremely fair price. Eddie even texted me later in the day to show me he had stopped by to cover the window in plastic in case it rained before he could fix it. Eddie worked around my son’s busy schedule. Eddie was honest, communicative, prompt and both my son and myself talked about just what a kind, nice person Eddie is.
