Advantage Auto Glass

On Thanksgiving Day, our family was driving from Omaha, NE to Mitchell, South Dakota. About 15 minutes upon arriving to Mitchell, a pheasant hit our windshield head on cracking the entire windshield. We called our insurance right away and due to the holiday weekend, the soonest appointment was on 3pm Saturday an hour away from our location in (Sioux Falls, SD). We called several auto places in Mitchell to help us get our windshield replaced and Advantage Auto Glass LLC called back within an hour of me leaving a message. A representative came out and picked up our vehicle for us, took it to their shop and fixed our windshield in 1 hour. They also dropped off our vehicle to our location when the service was finished. I wanted to take a minute and create a review with this company which was wonderful to work for and provided fast service! We had a freak incident where our back window had shattered over the weekend on a camping trip. Contacted Rich on Monday, and he had the window in and installed next day by noon! High quality work, looks brand new, and all within our budget!

I was headed from Rapid City to Sioux Falls and just 30 minutes out of Sioux Falls, I passed a truck and a small rock flew up and chipped my windshield. I didn't want to drive 5 hours in the winter with a chipped windshield. I Googled and found Advantage Auto Glass. I called and they said to bring my car right in. I was expecting to pay out of pocket, but the auto tech explained how to contact my insurance. After calling insurance, it only took about a half hour to get the chip fixed, and I was back on the road! I was very appreciative of the accommodations and quick service.

He was very helpful and flexible. They also offer to pick up and drop off your vehicle if you are stuck at work. They were also reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need

Had a crack in my windshield that was going to expand and block my vision. Called and had him order me a windshield for my audi he got it done quick enough for me as i was in no rush. I had trouble starting the car and he waited for me to get a new battery dropped me off at home in his vehicle and picked me up when the windshield was done. Looks professionally done. *NOTE to skip the awkward conversation he DOES NOT take plastic. (Debit/credit cards) i dont know about checks sorry. Overall wonderful job and a wonderful guy. Also he does the work in his garage so dont get confused like i did.

This guy is awesome. Had an opening for a windshield chip. We shot the breeze for a half hour as he fixed it. I was interested in the process and he didn’t have a problem explaining to me what went into the chip fix.
