My daughter pulled my reserves mirror right off one morning before school. It was dangling. I got a recommendation to swing by Advanced Auto Glass and see if they could fix it. I didn’t have time to go all the way to the Audi dealership (and they would have charged me my soul to fix it). The guy at Advanced Auto Glass had it repaired in minutes!! They were so kind. Thank you SO much!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! I had my windshield replace on my Suburban and it looked okay except for the large uneven visually blocking black strip all around the new window. I don't know, maybe this is normal, but when i drove it, there was a not so nice whistling, whining sound coming from somewhere around the windshield so I called them while on the road and they said maybe something didn't get tightened down. Come to find out, when I stopped 10 miles away through town, down I-4, someone said, Hey there's some plyers on your roof. And yes there were a pair of needle nose plyers stuck to my roof with some kind of glue, so then I started looking...! Well, there are blackish finger smudges all over the inside of my headliner, the headliner is ripper on both sides, the interior thing that covers the side of the window is loose and there's a cut like a razor blade but on the exterior rubber sealing thing. Also on the exterior rubber pieces that are supposed to be put back in to protect from leaks and whining noises, they are half in and half out, loose and just not done right. Just plain poor poor poor workmanship! So, I figure, i'd swing back by there and they could tweak up the repairs, tighten whatever, fix and headliner and oh yeah, give them their plyers back. But NO, these schmucks tell me it was already like that and they don't touch those things when installing a windshield and basically said sorry about your luck. Livid! tell you! I am so upset, to say the least! I have an older suburban but keep it in perfect condition, no leaks, no rips, no rattles, if it breaks or even looks like it going to break, then I fix it. These scumbags are the epitome of awful repairmen. Unfortunately i let my insurance company pick them and they were close, here in Winter Park, but they suck to say the least! Yes I've complained to the insurance company, so they called them and these UnAdvanced Auto Glass people sold them on the same story and stated it wasn't their fault. Now i've got to deal with my insurance company, write bad reviews about this company so they will fold and we won't have to deal with these scum as much and still have to get the whining and rips repaired and fixed. dadgummit! what is wrong with people these days! Bottom line, don't let your insurance company use these guys, don't go to these guys unless you like to be abused and told that it's your fault.

Absolutely Horrible company!!!! I made several calls attempting to get my windshield fixed and they told me and my insurance company they were ordering the part. They NEVER even tried to order it. But it worked out, because based on the other horrible reviews I saved myself the headache of bad service.

Advance Auto Glass has been great to deal with and superior service with prices that have beat most of the competition. I had our Full Windshield replaced in our 2010 C30 Volvo and a crack repair in my new 2022 Bronco. Thank you AAGServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Someone in a work van from this company aggressively tailgated me on westbound 408 today (3/26/25). I was driving my kids in the car and the van was all the way up to my bumper for a good minute without backing off. Then swerved around me and weaved traffic while speeding way over the limit. This was incredibly dangerous and put the safety of myself, my kids, and others on the road in jeopardy.

Avoid this company. Took them two weeks to pick up a windshield and they never call back to inform you of status. Once they picked it up they needed another week to schedule install. I called another windshield company and they were able to turn it around in 3 days. Once I called Advanced Auto Glass to cancel they were not happy. Stop sleeping on the job and maybe you’ll retain some customers!
