I had a crack in my windshield and needed a replacement. After calling four companies, two never got back to me, and the other two were way too expensive. Fast Act was the only one that responded promptly and offered a price that was half of what the others quoted. Their team was professional, kept me updated, and even came to my office for the installation. In just 30 minutes, my car had a brand-new windshield. Excellent service—highly recommend!

Act fast was awesome! I found their ad in the smart shopper and I have been driving around with a broken windshield for well over a year. Busy with my family and a lot of life changes it was low on my priority list. But who can turn down $35 off their deductible AND they come to you. I called them up on a Friday and had my windshield replaced on Monday. Chad was one of my two technicians and he was so fast and so friendly, I will definitely recommend / use them again if I ever have a need! Thank you chad!

I first called Act Fast about 2-1/2 years ago. They showed up at the scheduled time, replaced my very chipped & cracked windshield in my driveway! I loved it! About 2 months ago I noticed the rubber fitting atop the roof portion of my windshield where the molding separated from the car. I called Act Fast. They scheduled a time & came over & fixed it. When the technician was done, he called me at my apartment, upstairs from where he was, in the parking lot, & told me he was done. I asked how much I owed him; He told me "no charge." Wow! I was flabbergasted! He said that Act Fast stands by their work & considered it a warranty call. Nice people! I recommend them to all my friends! I have had the worst luck with my windshield this year but I’ve used Act fast auto glass earlier this year for a full windshield replacement and the gentleman who replaced it was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Fast forward to last week when another rock attacked my windshield right in my line of sight, this time thankfully just a chip!! Called them back because they did such a fantastic job the first experience with them, they had some time within a couple days and even drove out to me!! Chad was also punctual, professional and knowledgeable!! Got it fixed all while I was in my work day with no issues along the way!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I got a rock chip going over the pass that was getting bigger and called them right away. They were quick calling me back and had a repair person at my house within an hour of my conversation with them. Sean was great and advised letting the windshield dry overnight (it was raining and the chip had water in it) and met up with me the next day to repair it. He and Chad were so professional and friendly and made the process so easy! They were done in under 20 min:). I didn’t take a picture of it before the repair, but I should have because the difference is amazing!
