Ace Auto Glass

Had my windshield smashed in manhattan on a Sunday. There were 0 places open or available for a replacement in New York City and had to drive home to CT with it. Safelite CT had no available appointments until Thursday or Friday. On a whim called Ace Auto Glass on Sunday which is listed as a day they are closed. I got a call back immediately from the owner who told me he could have a replacement by Monday noon. He had it overnight shipped uh and installed on my car in less than 24 hours. OMG! My windshield had a small smash and the crack started riding up the windshield. How will I get this repaired? It was late afternoon and I had to be at work the next day. My car's windshield has all this technology built into it so figured it would be complicated I did a Google search for auto glass repair near me. I had a bad experience with the popular place in my area. I called ACE AUTO GLASS. They were so accommodating. They ordered my windshield and installed it at 5pm the next day. A beautiful job. Extremely neat. Everything worked perfectly. Super friendly, Great customer service.

Quality service and fair prices. Will, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He coordinated everything seamlessly with my less than stellar insurance company. The technician, Tom, was very thorough with the installation and patiently explained the entire process to me as he worked on replacing my windshield. Would highly recommend over SafeLite.

Use this place instead of Safelite. Much better prices, much better customer service.
