Ace Auto Glass Maui

I initially had gone to them because people told me they were the cheapest on island. When Steve told me the price it was too costly for me and when I told him that he said they weren't interesting in helping me install a new windshield. I think they could have offer other options or maybe refer me somewhere else but they were super cold and said they couldn't help. If you want to spend a lot of money and have it done by people with bad customer service this is the place for you 👌NegativeProfessionalism

I called to see about getting an appointment to fix my cracked windshield. I went right in as I was on my way to town, and they let me leave my car for an hour and did it right then. They were very busy, but the guy,(who I believe is taking over the business) was concerned it would crack more, and was nice enough to squeeze me in. So far the gentleman employee at Ace Auto Glass Maui that took our call to have a new windshield replacement done was very helpful & attentive over the phone in assisting us with getting the scheduling done. He had great customer service skills, very clear communication skills as well. We came by the shop this afternoon to reconfirm & pay for our tomorrow's appointment. The technician that came to verify/inspect our minor cracked windshield had great customer service skills as well. We Thankyou in advance for all of your hard work & Aloha! So Ace Auto Glass denied replacing my windshield today and said they couldn't help me. I showed up for my 8am appointment and was told that I would have to pay the full amount of the replacement instead of just my $100 deductible as per my Allstate Insurance coverage and claim. Allstate had called me and told me Ace was one of their preferred shops but Ace says they are having "billing issues". I don't know what the difference between the $100 and the cost of replacement but they shouldn't try to have the customer shoulder the extra cost out pocket when they have 1st rate insurance. I'm sure they would have gotten reimbursed and they should look to help the customer. Will probably not recommend.

Great customer service and did what many other places couldn’t. They had my windshield in stock and got me on their schedule, the very next day. My safety and registration were expired for 6 months and because of them, I got everything taken care of, the same day. Ace Auto Glass is a very professional and friendly service. They replaced my windshield on a 2023 Tesla model y within the time frame set with no problems. Office staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Paid upfront as they do not bill the insurance company. Highly reccommend this company. Mahalo Steve and your staff for a job well done!
