After giving these guys a call, it became clear exactly why that is the case! Mr. Rick was as personable and friendly as they come, and there’s no other person I’d rather entrust my truck to. I told him about a time I got a chip in my new truck’s windshield in Alabama that I was charged nearly $200 to repair. The chip that Mr. Rick repaired today was close to the chip that occurred in Alabama and I can say emphatically that Mr. Rick’s repair from Accurate Windshield was a much cleaner repair for a fraction of the costs!!! The spot that was repaired from Accurate Windshield is almost entirely unnoticeable! If you’re in the Baton Rouge area and in need of windshield repair, look no further! Rick (company owner) came to my home within about 75 minutes of me contacting him to fix a small chip in my windshield. He was professional and very friendly. He handled the insurance claim and was very efficient with the repair. The entire process, from him calling my insurance company when he arrived to finishing the repair, took about 30 minutes or so. The chip is now barely noticeable, and the repair has a lifetime warranty. I will keep his business card (presented with candy, such a nice touch!) use Accurate Windshield Repair myself again in the future if the need arises, as well as refer him to others. Excellent small business. This was a much superior experience than the one I had with a big-name company a couple years ago. Couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you, Rick!

Rick (owner extroardinaire) of Accurate Windshield Repair is literally the only thing that made getting a rock chip in my windshield not such an awful situation. He was quick to get me scheduled, responsive to my questions, did beautiful work, and had the best price point of anyone else I called. He also makes everything super easy by coming to you. (He came to my work so it didn't disrupt even a second of my schedule!) He is also one of the nicest people I've ever met. He doesn't have a physical shop anymore, so don't go to the address on google. Just call the number on his listing and he will get back to you with a time he can come by to fix you up. I cannot be more happy with the repair done on the 2 windshield cracks by rock chips on my new car's front windshield, one of which has a fairly large round air pocket sustained in the laminated double layered windshield. The highly visible pocket literally disappeared after the repair. Rick was prompt and very courteous. Highly recommended. Within the last year, his Google listing was "hijacked", with his business address somehow changed to another windshield repair outfit in New Orleans. It took him a while to correct that and re-establish his business name with Google search. However, this reset and wiped out all the high/stellar reviews of his business on Google that he has accumulated over the past several years. In other words, he has to start from scratch to rebuild his reputation.

I called Accurate Windshield Repair this morning after reading other positive reviews on Google. Rick was at my home and working on my car less than 45 minutes later (as promised). He was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job. Rick called my insurance company as the resin was drying; by the time the repair was complete, the claim had been submitted and approved by my insurance. This is the first time I've ever had repair work done on my windshield, and I've heard plenty of horror stories with other companies. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work Rick completed, the conversations we had, or how effortless the entire experience seemed. Thanks so much Rick-- I highly recommend you!!

Who knew getting my windshield repaired would be the best part of my day? Rick was fantastic. He came to my location exactly on time and did an excellent job on my repair. (Which really surprised me because I didn't think it could be fixed and would have to be replaced.) I can barely tell there was a crack there now. Amazing work!!
