Accuracy Auto Glass

I should have know from the start not to use their service. Cheap doesn’t always mean good. First of all my appointment was at 8:45. The guy showed up hour after. They damaged my vehicle and claimed it was like that when I brought it there. When brought this to the owner he immediately had a rude tone. The two men that worked on my car was very unprofessional. I’m not saying don’t use their service but if choose to make sure you take a before picture or video of your vehicle before they start working on your car. watch them work on your car while they work on your vehicle Because if they damaged your vehicle in the process of working on it they will deny it straight up in your face.

James Young is an unprofessional when it comes to business. First, he doesn’t provide itemized documentation for the prices of his services. He is rude and emotional when asked for a receipt. I have never dealt with a business that doesn’t provide any sort of proof of service. He quoted me a price of $215.78 which quickly jumped to $319. He’s gouging prices. I asked for documentation for tax purposes, he said in a text message that I would get it when he sends it. Which he never sent. He’s NOT a man of his word. I only paid what he charged because I did get the glass installed and I am a man of my word unlike James Young! Don’t do business with him, go to someone with a more professional attitude and ethic.

Awesome job completed by the Accuracy Auto Glass. I received a solid gift on the highway and it cracked my front windshield, then I got another one a week later on the highway and it made my crack bigger due to the impact. So after digging around the web, I found the Accuracy Auto Glass and hoped for the best, since long ago I had my older car's windshield replaced but the quality of the windshield was so bad (lots of air bubbles within the glass) and I was a bit worried. But since this company had lots of good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I first spoke with Mr. Young for quote and schedule, then Mr. Brown came the next day to installed the windshield. Man, the glass maybe from the 3rd party, but the quality of the glass was the same as my original glass. In addition, Mr. Brown and Mr. Young were very friendly and the installation was done perfectly as well. Hopefully I won't get another lovely gift anytime soon (fingers crossed) but if I do, I now know who to call. Highly recommended 👍

James was great to work with! My original appointment was set for Friday. Unfortunately, my appointment needed to be rescheduled but they were very communicative and apologetic and got me scheduled for first thing the next day. The team that came out was efficient, timely and professional. They did a great job and the cost was within budget and fair, especially when I had been quoted over double by other vendors (which is absurd). I highly recommend using them.

I had a frustrating experience with this repair service, involving the rubber around my windshield that started to come loose. Despite multiple opportunities and clear communication from my side, this guy who hired third parties to do the work, was evasive about scheduling a fix. Even after pressing for a specific date, he failed to show up or inform me of any cancellation. Further attempts to reschedule were also met with no follow-through. Unbelievably, I later realized this was the same company that disappointed me with the same lack luster service a couple of years prior. I will not be using their services again. This guy and his business is an embarrassment to our community.

Communication regarding changes to my appointment time without updating me was the only issue I initially came across but my frustration was quickly rectified. (Great businessman!!!) My communication with Accuracy Auto Glass was very professional and they had the best rate I could find so I was initially a little skeptical... JD came and did a great and timely job on my 2012 Mazda 3! He was friendly, pleasant to talk to and left my car clean just like he found it... no glass or smear anywhere. I’ll definitely be recommending Accuracy whenever I see a cracked windshield. Thanks guys
