Absolutely MINDBLOWING service! Local shops had quoted me anywhere from $350 to $500 to replace my Tundra's windshield, and at least 3-4 hours turnaround time. Okay so this is the best auto glass place in Austin. Best prices I could find around but what really sold me was the guy Chance that they sent out to do the work. Awesome guy, he just had good energy immediately but also he worked so fast and the job he did was pristine and he was very thorough in checking to see if anything else could be done while he was there besides what I had called for. Left nothing to be desired, these guys do what they do well.

Arrived to replace my windshield on my Jeep Wrangler on time and got the task done in under 45 minutes. They were very professional, courteous, and, as they put it, worked like a well oiled machine. I called many places before eventually landing on Absolute Auto for a windshield replacement on my 21 hyundai elantra. I spoke with Chance who was friendly and informative. I was given an affordable quote, the tech, Jeff also had a great mood, came earlier than estimated, seemed ready to work and did a great job. He left zero mess and even set my dash cam back in place. Absolute auto glass is amazing the owner kelly is very professional and easy to communicate with. Ibhad to replace my windshield and had to do it fast bc the upcoming weather. For whatever reason, they refuse to communicate with me in any way. I used their website and system to request service and got no response. I then sent an email requesting any type of follow up or response and still nothing. If your business implements these types of measures to interact with customers, it would be really nice to receive a response, as I really would like my windshield fixed. I guess they don’t care.
