Carillo’s came to fix my vehicle’s window the next day for a very fair price. Their competitors appointments were more expensive and they were scheduling 72 hours out, it was reassuring that they could come the next day. The repair person was professional and he completed the replacement in a timely fashion. I would love to rate them 5 stars, but they left glass within my door panel. Every time I open or close my door, I hear shattered class shaking within. I feel that glass remnant removal within the door frame should be a standard part of the window replacement process. This type of detail is what makes them 3 stars instead of 5. Now, in order to get this rectified, I have to spend the money I saved to get this glass removed. In the end, I guess I can’t justify the fair price I paid. I would be willing to pay more for 5 star service.

Eric was on time and fast. He made sure that each and every piece of glass was removed and he did a great job. Very quick,very thorough, knew exactly what to do and how to do. Hopefully we won't need you guys again but if we do you guys will be the only people I call and if we know anybody that needs you services we will recommend

Called on Sunday to have glass replaced. He didn't have it, but said he would have it Monday. Called him to see if he would be able to service my car. He said yes and then decided to ignore me. Bad business practices! Si no quieres el negocio, ten los huevos decir que no. Te prometo que no de va doler los dientes.

My service man was professional and he made time to come replace my car window. Great service and affordable. I felt bad because he had to work in the rain but, he took care of my window. Thank you and I would highly recommend him.
