Alpha was recommended by a friend and I am so grateful to have worked with them-- After calling they offered to come to my house the very next day and replace the cracked front windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek. Due to my own concern with the rain, we decided to reschedule and it was no problem for them to visit the day after. The repairman was friendly and efficient, he finished the job in exactly 20 minutes. The best part is, their price for the service was much lower than the other glass repair shops I contacted. I don't expect any issues with the new windshield, but if anything happens they promised a lifetime warranty. Unclear on the details, but I would not hesitate to call since they were so easy to work with. The rude employee tracking mud around that is mentioned in the other reviews must not work there any more, so I wouldn't be concerned about that if I were you. Don't bother with the overpriced Subaru dealership, and long wait times. Support small businesses and get your car glass replaced here.

Great, fast, friendly service. Came to repair my window at my house for less than HALF the cost the Subaru dealership was charging. Customer service was straightforward (a person answers the phone, yay!). They answered during off hours and scheduled me for a service the following day first thing in the morning. They were on time and even cleaned up most of the broken glass out of my car! We had our windshield replaced 3/14/21 the man who replaced our windshield was not very polite. He had a bad attitude from the moment he arrived. It started from him banging on my kitchen window instead of knocking our door. He yelled from my driveway that he was there to replace the windshield. No hello, or my name is, o okay whatever. During the service he was blasting loud music, I was worried my neighbors might complain, but I brush it off and didn’t say a thing.Later on as I had to head out, I told him I had to leave and asked if he had been paid yet and he responded in a rude tone. Saying I’m almost done, and you owe me $190” which was more than the quote we were given over the phone. To finalize I like to mention that our vehicle was not cleaned up after the service man tracked mud and grass. Usually that’s cleaned up after. I called Alpha Auto Glass because the seal on my Subaru Crosstrek had started peeling out. I called on a Monday, they sent someone to my home the next day. The man was very friendly and was working on the seal, and told me it just SNAPS IN! He fixed it in about 3 minutes and then told me NO CHARGE after talking to the dispatch. It was a very positive experience in every way, including how friendly and polite they were. I will definitely call them for future jobs.

Rude and unprofessional, whoever they sent was rude and definitely does not know how to talk to customers and charged more for than the original price given. Left a bunch of dirt and grass inside the vehicle that they brought in while working on the vehicle. Would not recommend, have a second vehicle that needs a window replaced and will be going with a different company.ServicesAuto windshield repair
