All the 5-star reviews below are legit... I was wondering, "How is it possible to have 66 perfect 5-star reviews??" Well, I found out when I called Adam to replace our Toyota Sienna windshield. His quote was well under half of what Safelite or the dealership would have charged. He had an opening for me to come in and get it replaced less than 24 hours after I requested a free quote from his website. Dropped car off around 9am, it was ready by 1:30pm same day. Windshield was in perfect condition and install was great. He's our go-to windshield guy from now on; highly recommend

I ended up getting a crack on my windshield due to someone either throwing something at my car or their tire picked up a rock and it hit my windshield. Communication with Adam was quick and easy, he didn't pick up my initial call but within two minutes he sent me a text. I am a uni student that attends UGA and I was looking for a place where I did not have to leave my car at a shop due to me being a commuter and Adam's shop was just the right place. After talking with him I was lucky enough to have him be able to get me in his shop the very next day. The appointment took 3-4 hours which was worth it to me if it meant I did not have to leave my car there. While waiting I was able to get a good portion of my homework done in his small office and pretty much just chilled. If you are looking for a small local business in the Athens area and you are currently dealing with windshield issues Adam is your guy! He was very nice and upfront with everything, granted that price tag was a bit much as a broke student (thats my problem not yours); however, Adam's exceptional service and being able to replace my windshield have it look brand new was worth every penny. So I encourage you to give him a shot! It's worth it! Also did I forget to add that he is a small local business that provides exceptional and wonderful service that will leave you satisfied and happy? I did....right? Nonetheless, I had a great time and thank you once again Adam for providing me a place with no distractions where I could focus on my homework and that wifi *chefs kiss*. Adam was the definition of professional during the entire transaction and communication was a breeze. He was able to handle self pay and insurance coverage without hiccup and even talked with me to help me decide how to handle my broken glass. The price was very fair and the work was very exquisite. Despite my vehicle being a little rare, the glass was ordered and onsite with an acceptable time period, one the glass was onsite, it was installed in a few hours, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, he was able to calibrate the lane keep and accident avoidance systems on site without having to send me to Atlanta like so many other places! Highly recommend for anyone needing auto glass work!

We needed the windshield replaced on one of our cars and it had been a nightmare trying to find the correct windshield let alone getting it replaced... We were finally pointed in the direction of Adam and ABC Auto Glass and couldn't be happier! He picked up our new windshield from the dealership and came over and installed it. He was extremely professional and family friendly, letting our two year old son watch him do it! Couldn't recommend Adam more! He definitely has lifetime customers from us! I haven’t received services this good in a long, long time. We were visiting UGA for our sons to attend camp. While watching their first session, a soccer ball hit my car’s windshield and it shattered to the point where it was unsafe to drive home on the interstate. ABC Auto Glass came in on their day off just to replace it for us so we could leave for home on time. And it was a very reasonable price. They also were so kind to give us guidance on the right questions to ask and what to do should we go somewhere else. We are so grateful for their help and highly recommend!

Adam knows what excellent service is and he went above and beyond to deliver it for me and my classic BMW. My car has obnoxiously specific installation instructions, and if they’re not followed exactly, you can end up with leaks and wind noise. I had really struggled to find someone who would give the time and attention to detail required to get the job done right, and had already had the windshield replaced improperly once by a different provider. Adam did an amazing job diagnosing the issue with the previous install and he pulled out all the stops, even bringing his dad out of retirement to look at it and followed the special instructions down to the millimeter. He took great pride in his work and it showed in the painstaking care and attention to detail he brought to this job. Several other providers I’d spoken with could no longer source a new windshield, but Adam had no problem with sourcing. No wind noise, no leaks, fair price – thank you so much. If you’re looking for auto glass service and a kind, considerate guy to do business with, you won't do any better than ABC Auto Glass.
