AAA Auto Glass

I used AAA Auto Glass to replace my windshield at my home. I asked the technicican if they also did work on patio/glass doors. He said they didnt but recommended Raleigh Glass, which I had already spoken to and was waiting for a service date. The technician texted me later that night. He said he was on his way to my home, followed by, I'm in your driveway, "sweetheart" (in a company vehicle and a completely unsoliciated visit). This individual seemed to be under the influence and was very creepy. Since the windshield replacement, I am now having an ant problem and drooping headliner. I brought the vehicle to their shop yesterday to see about it. They apparently checked it for water damage and to make sure it had a proper seal. They did something with the air filter after taking it out of the glove compartment to show me some debris. My air conditioner motor/ fan is now making a loud humming noise. I brought it to the managers attention immediately, at which point he said it should go away in just a little while. I sat in the parking lot quite a while, waiting for the sound to go away. I returned to the business and asked the manager to come out and listen to it. He then said the fan was running faster now an insisted the noise would go away. The noise hasn't gone away. The car is going in the shop tomorrow trouble shoot whatever they did. Do not use AAA Glass! Negligent and unprofessional. October 16, 2025 UPDATE: The merchant has not accepted responsibility for the damages caused by their technician and other employee. NO calls, email or contact from AAA. An improper installation of my windshield and their tampering with my a/c filter resulted in additional damage, including water damage, an ant infestation and a dropping headliner, out of pocket expenses and time spent at multiple shops. I have the receipts and phone records which support my claims. FACTS

So I first took my car to the nation wide auto glass replacement company with the cute little gingle we all hear on TV. I was told I would have to bring my car in even though their ads says they can come to you even if you have a car with safety features that need to be calibrated. My car was there for 4 days because the replacement glass they kept getting ( 2 separate pieces ) was scratched. So I decided to try AAA on a recommendation from my insurance agent. Within 24 hours of my call they came to my home and replaced my glass, calibration at my home and everything. Everyone was very friendly and great to deal with. Don't waste your time with the big name companies that don't respect your time or obviously just don't care. Thank you again for a spectacular experience.
