I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received today!! Ryan and his staff were friendly, thorough & efficient! They fixed my big rock chip nicely, left my windshield sparkling clean & even my car smelling nice!— all in under 10 minutes! I used A1 Windshield to replace my front windshield. Super friendly people, best pricing around (especially when my car safety features require recalibration aka spendy$$$), great work, and they are very accommodating. I live and work around an hour and a half away, so it's not the easiest to do business in other towns. They contacted my insurance for me when my claim through my app wasn't giving what I needed. After my windshield was replaced, they made it very easy to pay over the phone since I wasn't sure I could make it back during business hours. Everything was easy and a good experience for me!

I stopped by without an appointment. They quickly had someone checking out my rock chips and told me bluntly what to expect from the repairs right up front (still be visible but would stop them from causing further harm) and my car was in the shop within minutes. I was very impressed with how efficiently their team works together. They got my insurance on the line for me and took care of everything so quickly! A-1 Windsheld is top notch! I would recommend them to anyone without a single worry. I've had several windshields replaced by them and they have always done the job right the first time. Their office is really organized, they handle insurance well, and they are always really friendly. They also do chip repair, which we've used several times. Again, top notch. I have personally never had a problem with their work, but if I did, they're the kind of people that would take care of it right away.

I have used A-1 Windshield for multiple vehicles and years. Every time I have been in need of glass being replaced or repaired I feel welcomed and appreciated by this business and the people that make it work. And it’s located perfectly right of exit 333 where most windshield damage happens in my experience. It’s like an oasis in the desert. The most recent trip to A-1 was topped off by the quickest and friendliest inspection of the glass and Ryan had no hesitation in making sure it was covered with their guarantee. Living in southeast Idaho is a very stressful situation for any windshield. The temperatures are extreme and the seasonal migration of flying rocks through here will test everyone’s windshield. I am proud of Ryan and his team for standing behind their product and service. He told me it was covered by his business and promptly scheduled me an appointment that fit my schedule. It’s really nice to know there are still instances when the customer is what matters. I highly recommend anyone to give A-1 Windshield the opportunity to help make their driving experience more clear. They do an amazing job, offer reasonable prices, and the staff is super friendly! They did a great job replacing our windshield after a family friend accidentally smashed it. I had noticed a tiny crack this morning (caused by the previous storm) while running errands, so without thinking to call ahead, I drove over and asked if they could treat it to keep it from spreading. The man who assisted me was happy and eager to help, offered a price upfront after inspection, and even let me know what to expect from the service! The young woman who took my payment at the desk was very professional and sweet. It may be on the outskirts of town, but what they provide is something you can rarely find in a big city: honest, quality service.
