A-1 just happen to be the first shop to pop up on Google search, lucky for me they were the best option. They gave stellar customer service, provided quotes for various options of repair for new or used parts, they really listened to my needs, didn't try to upsell me, and when I provided a part from a wrecking yard they allowed me to ship it to their location. Overall, the experience was positive, and I will happily recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair. I have a rock chip on my windshield, and if the damage ever becomes worse or starts to spider web, they will be the first people I call. Thank you A-1 for everything, you got a customer for life now.

Adulting can be hard... but A-1 Auto Glass made it really easy! I had a huge crack on my windshield, and the whole process from getting a quote, calling to schedule an appointment, and bringing my car in was quick, easy, and efficient. The guy I talked to was super nice and informative, and it took about an hour and a half total. Needed a windshield replaced and this service provider was across from Toyota. After speaking with their reps, it was understood that some complex tasks needed to occur with a newer vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off and expected to wait a day or more for a calibration. The vehicle was done mid day and they even put the little oil change sticker back in the corner. Great customer service. There isn't many choices in the area, but the company definitely came through as a preferred choice for any future occurrences.

I had a back window on my Toyota Tundra broken during some work and was referred here. First they gave me a very early fix time (two days later) because of party shipping, but later called to say they could do it earlier because they already had it. When there they said they had me at an earlier time, but didn't fuss over it and started work finishing an hour ahead of their estimate. The best moment came when looking at the bill: 48% discount on the window dropping the price from $750 to about $400. They also detailed the motor to make sure there were no pieces of glass in it.

Was just at A1 in Corvallis, requested a chip repair and person said they could do it right away, person then started drill into small chip with no visible lines, PUNCHED THROUGH windshield we ith cracks, and proceeded to try and fill, fill material running on inside windshield and dropped on steering wheel, I said that's on inside, he wiped it, but I had to ask to get it cleaned up off the inside windshield,bi had to clean the mess off the steering wheel, he cleaned it up some on outside tried additional patch to seal and cure, got manager? He said, sorry we don't guarantee chip repairs, I said your team punched through windshield! He shrugged shoulders and said hopefully it won't get bigger and you won't need new windshield. No apology and walked off. Further response from A1 wasbasically even if we cause damage, no guarantees, should be sealed and we didn't charge you for the damage. No doing things the right way here, I would never recommend.

Contacting their call center was instant — no delay. The rep immediately understood my question and answered it completely. Then, she went above and beyond to assist with insurance questions I had not yet thought of. I arrived at my appointment five minutes early, and they were able to begin work on my car two minutes before the time slot. The chip repair only took 7-8 minutes. The technician was smart and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured to buy additional services or confused about their plan. They’re in the shadow of a Toyota dealership that has never met an upsell they’re not in love with. My experience with A-1 Auto Glass was as perfect as could be. For any future Auto Glass needs they will be the only entity I contact.
