Called to get a windshield late Saturday evening. Hunter was helpful in answering all of my questions, giving a quote and scheduling the replacement. When I took it in on Tuesday, all of the guys were welcoming and helpful in getting the job done. They also did an oil change for me on short notice. Highly recommend.

I brought my car 2015 Lincoln Navigator to A+ Auto Glass to repair an inoperable sunroof . Although the replacement parts took some time and the wrong parts were sent, the sunroof roof repair came out excellent. The repair cost was cheaper than other auto shops, and Hunter was a pro.

Came here with my mother’s Nissan rogue due to a window motor issue because someone tried to change the handle and ended up dismantling everything-messing up the motor. Long story short, Cesar from the shop did an amazing job. Quick and easy installation of a new panel. The man is efficient. Very polite and amazing customer service all around from Cesar and the shop keeper overall. Heads up: call ahead and make an appointment. I will be coming back for all my future glass related repairs. Thank you!

The communication is pretty bad. I was told I had a 2pm appt and when I got there I had to wait about an hour. In the meantime I was told to wait for the mechanic to get there, because "he wasn't there yet". When he "allegedly" reached the shop nobody communicated with me that he was there until I just happened to call at 3pm as I was really annoyed with the wait as is. I was then told he saw me... I don't understand how the customer would even entertain coming to a shop that shows a bad impression like that, especially regarding the communication aspect of all of this. It was creepy and very impersonal. The only thing that kinda salvaged some satisfaction was the mechanic doing some work after my hour wait until the glass and space was available. These are how most car shops in the Bronx are. They don't care about you, just the money. Unfortunate you can't get great service nowadays.

Hunter does very good work, very fair pricing. They are very busy though and they are often on the road. Call and make sure they are there first.
