Alfredo deserves 5 Stars for providing me with excellent service. The windshield on my 2003 BMW had severe cracks and had been previously replaced, so you never really know how well it was done the last time. I wanted to get it replaced before the bad weather. I initially was going to bring my car to a major glass company's shop, but I became concerned that they may not be familiar with on older vehicle like mine. I decided to contact A Staunch based on previous reviews. He got back to me immediately and I had a new windshield installed Perfectly at my home within 4 hours of contact. Amazing! My wife was in Houston on a work trip when her vehicle was broken into. Alfredo called several places to find the correct window glass at the best price, and had someone there to replace it before the police even arrived to take the report (and it was raining). The total cost was almost half of what the dealership was going to charge for just the part. I don't usually write reviews, but Alfredo and his people did such an outstanding job, I had to share it. I had to post kudos about this company. 🎉 Considering I'm from out of town, a single mom of two, and at the mercy of many unknown businesses, I couldn't be more pleased with my final decision to take my business here. I needed a windshield replaced on one car and some rock chips repaired on another. After some googling, I found ATSAG through a windshield repair certification body, filled out their online form for a quote and, within 30 seconds of sending it, I received a call followed by an email quote within another 10 minutes. I opted for the aftermarket glass and was surprised when Alfredo said he could do the job that afternoon. Alfredo turned up on time and you couldn’t hope to meet a more polite, knowledgeable and professional guy. He completed both cars within 90 minutes and the work looks great. I can highly recommend ATSAG and Alfredo for a professional, well-executed job at a very fair price.

Excellent from quote to finish. - Determined Jeep windshield could be replaced for slightly more than fixing all stone chips... on a SUNDAY! New windshield delivered while he worked on F150. - Asked Alfredo quote/allow time to repair rear sliding window. He showed me the simple fix and gave me the option to repair myself or pay him. Not many services pass up an extra job. - Fixed additional work beyond outline scope, and neighbors windshields; all complete under time planned for F150.

Alfredo Came to my home and replaced rear passenger window of my daughter’s car in record time at a completely reasonable price. The price was actually half of the nationwide auto glass company you see on all of the t.v. commercials. He vacuumed up all of the broken glass and cleaned the window.
