Had to get hubby's passenger window replaced after an incident with the weed eater! :-) Called Joe at A&B (after I was recommended there twice). He gave me a great quote and could have the glass there over night. I called in the afternoon and an appointment for the next day at 1130. I showed up at 1128 and was outta there by noon!! Excellent service and great price. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My front windshield developed a crack while on vacation. A & B Auto Glass was the lowest price and they had a windshield available so once I made my choice it was replaced the same week on the day most convenient to me. It was finished at the time he said it would be. Other quotes were $200 higher and in one case I would have needed to wait a month! I’ve been here twice and had excellent experiences both times. First was five years ago I got my windshield replaced. I got quotes from 5 other places and A&B was the cheapest. Five years later the windshield is perfect. Second was today. I had reason to believe one of my windows was broken, but only on the inside of the door. I brought it to A&B, and he could have replaced it and charged me and I never would have known it was not broken. But he explained to me that it was not broken and sent me on my way with no charge.

We are new to the area and I was looking for an honest, family-owned shop versus National chain. Joe was so great from first phonecall to final install. He never acted too busy to accommodate questions/needs, he was honest, and his work was quick and everything he promised. We will be bringing all our vehicles and returning for years to come!

Joe really knows his cars! He was upfront and straight with me about everything and didn’t try to talk down to me like some of the other glass shops I have used. He called after he started the process and let us know he was going to have to just fill in the window with Urethane to stop the leak, because otherwise he would have to break the window to reseal it. He is reasonably priced and well worth the time, if you want great quality, go and see him. Sunday night my husband and I shattered our back window by accident went to him the next morning he said he would call his local supply people around 8 to see if they had the window. Little after 8 he calls us back and tells us he has to order it but he could get us out by 12 on Tuesday. So we dropped it off Monday just rented a car for the day and we picked it up on Tuesday at 12. He was very friendly, fair price and efficient. He got us on the road not even 48 hours after the accident. While safelite couldn’t even come and see us till that Friday.
