I would LOVE to leave a positive review but, unfortunately, I can't. I was in LV from out of town, specifically to buy a car, and that car needed a damaged windshield removed to prepare for repair work. When I called 411 Auto Glass R & R, I was told I probably wouldn't want to pay the amount they would need to come and do it: $100.00. I instantly agreed to pay it because I required the service and am a very fair person. I asked if they'd be bringing along a vacuum because there were many shards of glass inside the vehicle that I NEEDED removed. I was told the person coming to do the job would absolutely have a vacuum and would clean the glass debris up for me as part of the service. Fast forward: the employee arrived late and without a vacuum...said no one in "management" had told him he needed to have one with him. He then offered to come back the next day, by noon, and vacuum it for me. I said that would be GREAT and I thanked him! I then texted him my address and told him I'd be available all day, specifically for him to come by and finish the job. He said he just needed to get "permission". I then told this to the sales manager I'd arranged things with, once the employee had left, to let him know what had happened. He said he'd get to the bottom of it and get back to me. By the evening of the following day, after waiting all day, not a word came from anyone...and I even texted the employee with my address. So now, I have a vehicle with glass shards all over the interior and no (easy) way to clean them myself. Fantastic. 2 stars because, while they DID remove the windshield, arrival was late and, most importantly, service was ultimately incomplete (and, therefore, too expensive). Should have paid with a card, not cash...at least then, I would have been able to pursue a partial refund. Oh well.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Brock is an angel! I knew the chip on my windshield was spreading fast and I had to Google for a mobile repair service from where I was. It was past 5pm on a Saturday. It's hard to find an available repair expert. But Brock, even if he was in a family party, responded and met with me in minutes. He was very informative - giving me important info and tips - while he was working on the chip. And he explained what was going on. The repair was done within 30 minutes. And you can see from the before and after photos the professional work of Brock. I highly recommend! 👍👍 He also assured that the repair is permanent, gave me an invoice, and guaranteed that if the repair doesn't hold, he will repair the entire windshield. But no need - his work is very professional!

Went to go eat on Saturday night with my wife, and when we came out to our Tahoe, which was parked on the street, some punk had broken our passenger rear window, along with the vent window behind it. Made numerous calls on Sunday trying to find someone to fix it for us, got a hold of Brock and he went straight to work for us first thing Monday morning. He was able to secure both windows, even though they were at two different dealerships, and they came to my house and fixed it in a jiffy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any glass repair.

Came out within two hours and replaced my drivers side window on a holiday weekend. Extremely polite. Great price. I will use again and definitely will recommend for any window replacement.
