Don's Glass Shop

We went to get our windshield replaced and new tint added on all our windows. What we got in return was over 4k in damages. They dented our car near the back end, the busted our front dash, scratched our back glass and much more. They continually give us the run around and ignore our calls now. We have been trying to work with them to get this resolved but all they are showing us they don’t care about their customers. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL

I highly recommend because of the prices and friendliness ! I have used them several times and will continue to use them. Safelite was twice as high and with cracks was 3 times higher in price. And there was no waiting at Dons Glass . Safelite was an hour wait with an appt and 30 min with a crack. I was in and out less than 15 min with a crack. Love Dons Glass !😊👍

While in route to our destination, we found our RV window to have shattered. This was getting on the later side of the day, and rain was forecasted for that night. Although we did not get to meet the people from Don's Glass, I know that they provided extra special support to both Taylor mobile RV repair, and us. They went the extra mile to make sure both Taylor RV repair, and the Hanrahans were taken care of. This exemplifies what customer service is all about! Thanks 👍

I called them and they did not show up. I called them again and they told me they would be here three days later I went to the shop and talk to them so they would be here and now when I call they do not answer my phone, so I would not use these guys very unreliable definitely not professional that’s my story. I hope it helps everybody else.

They are the most honest and considerate people I have ever met. I had a child break one of our windows in our garage. Helped me with my driver and passenger windows that were stuck down. Not one other place would take me as a walk in but they did and did an excellent job and were all very friendly and customer oriented. Will defiantly take my business there and recommend anyone else do the same.

Windshield didn't look like a good fit and my car was scratched a numerous amount of times and also they left their greasy fingerprints all on the inside! Btw I did make a complaint before this post but that didn't get anywhere. Needless to say I'll never return or recommend!

These guys are GREAT I had a customer who was coming through town when the window on their RV was knocked out... I call at closing time they said "come on" .... they went the extra mile so I could take care of my customer Thank you for all yall do

The service was fast enough but when I picked up my truck it was full of glass shards that cut me on the way home. Also the windsheild was not sealed right and the wind screeches through while driving and the rain pours through soaking the dash.

Stopped by one morning passing through with my new truck. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Very professional and awesome work. Couldn't be happier with the value.
