It is always a pleasure working with store 57248, and my organization does a lot of business with them, mainly mobile service but at times it's on site at the location. Each visit has been pleasant and fulfilling. Alyssa is especially helpful. She is very quick to respond to our needs, answer questions, and get us scheduled for repair with a sense of urgency. She is very knowledgeable about the services, the products, the after repair instructions, and has successfully answered every question I've had. While I was there today, 3/13/25, Technician Jesus did a great job on the windshield replacement and got the vehicle in and out in a timely manner, much appreciated. The facility has always been neat and clean any time I've been there, which makes waiting a more comfortable experience. Obviously Mark, the Manager, is doing a great job for the business.

Store #57248 was excellent to work with. The customer service representative Alyssa was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She was flexible with my schedule and concerns when the weather turned bad and had to reschedule. It's clear that the manager Mark has a great handle on this store and operation. Having a broken window is a huge inconvenience but they were really understanding and performed my service quickly and made the experience seamless. My window looks just like factory and operates without any issues. The technician Sean did a great job. I shopped around and they were also the cheapest price! Cost plus excellent service can't be beat! Thank you!

the CSR, Alyssa, was absolutely fantastic! She made scheduling my windshield replacement very easy! the cost for this repair was waaaaay less than what i was quoted at another auto glass shop. the replacement itself was quick, i waited for a little over an hour for the replacement which wasn’t bad considering how busy they were! Alyssa kept me posted on the progress of the replacement as it was happening so i always knew where i was in the queue. Staff was very friendly and informative. waiting area was nice and clean, they had complementary water, coffee, and snacks! highly recommend this shop if you need your car glass replaced!

Six days ago we brought in our Jeep Commander to get the windshield replaced. Alyssa was very attentive and helped me when we dropped it off. Within 45 minutes we received a call letting us know it was done. The windshield looked great and we loved it until six days later when a rock hit our windshield and cracked it from the top to the bottom. I went back in and spoke with Alyssa who went the extra mile and installed another new windshield at a discounted rate on the following Monday. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now and thank their technician Jesus and them for their quality, affordability, and quick response. Phil

The gals who answer the phone for Auto Glass Now are incredibly kind and quick to figure out an action plan, which I so appreciated! Once my car was able to get in, it was a two-hour turn around, which was on the shorter end of the window I was given, and it was cheaper than I expected. My only critique is that I’m really glad I had the option of dropping my car off and getting a ride home. The accommodations for waiting at the shop were lacking, with just a few chairs in the main room. Not really a place to set up to work while waiting. Thank you for your service, Auto Glass Now!

Excellent service all the way around. I called and got a quick quote from several places. Autoglassnow was the most transparent with no hidden cost - calibration included!!! My appointment wasn’t until 11:30 but I dropped off at 8am due to other appointments. Alyssa at the front desk was very nice and quick to get me in and out. To my surprise she called me at 9:30 and said my car was finished! Jesus the tech did a great job. Windshield was perfect. And they even honored a military discount. So glad we chose them! Very pleased with the service. When I came in first time, I wanted to check out the price, they "understood the assignment" and didn't really pressure me and was very prompt with getting me the invoice of the service I will need and were very confident enough to say to go and shop for better prices. I did go around for better pricing with Safelite and independent businesses but Autoglass was most affordable. Alyssa was my cashier both times. She does a great job and is very efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to choose this business again.

Alyssa, the office manager, was courteous and professional which made the experience a good one as soon as I walked through the door. Furthermore, she explained the warranty details and post-install instructions clearly and with a great personality. Jesus, the expert technician, did a fantastic job with the entire install and I couldn’t be happier. I had a horrible experience with a different glass company the last time had a windshield replaced so I can’t recommend these guys more….use them, period!

Excellent experience at AutoGlassNow-Springdale. Alyssa was super helpful and pleasant from the moment I called and set up appointment. Mark gave me a great price on my windshield - better than anyone around NWA. And Luis did an expert job of replacing my windshield. I'm so pleased to have a high quality windshield that looks better than original. Highly pleased with my time in the waiting room to driving off the lot. Definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Very pleased. Qoute with tax included that I was given over the phone was right on. Delivered in time frame I was given. No one likes to spend the money, but with a $500 deductible they are very reasonable priced. So you can afford to go ahead and do it without having to have a claim on your insurance. Alyssa was great. Helped entertain my grandbaby while we were waiting for our ride. Definitely would recommend them.
