First I have to start off with, the level of customer service I have received from them on 2 different occasions, was AMAZING! They don’t talk down to you because you aren’t up on the lingo nor know the info on the products they use…first visit I had a front windscreen put in, and in the model vehicle I had it’s known for leaking after replacing and not once have I had a leak, they didn’t leave a mess in my vehicle, not even ONE piece of old glue or dust was there, looked the same way I brought it in. Fast forward a few months I come back for window film, despite them being busy the owner took time to explain percentage of films to me and gave me the seconds to imagine each on my vehicle…again not thinking twice on condition of my vehicle after service they met and exceeded any expectations I had, turned out amazingly and the minor issues I had he was right there to inspect the issue I had, we worked to resolve said issues and yet again he went above and beyond to get it fixed and leave me more than satisfied with his work and my car. Hands down I will refer anyone to him and I will always go back to them for any future needs…I used to use the other top dog in town but hated always having issues with they’re work and customer service. I called about 12 to 15 different window replacement companies in Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Maumell and North Little Rock. None of them had the windshield to my 2003 Chevy suburban. I was being told this was on a national back order nobody has them in stock. Well I called Clearview auto glass and tint and was told they had them in stock. The owner explained he’s been in the business for a very long time and saw the situation happening months before it happened and stocked up on these windshield. Not only did he have it in stock but his prices were absolutely phenomenal. I drove all the way from Little Rock to Russellville just to have my windshield replaced and it was worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!!!

We were passing through the area and got a rock chip on our windshield. We looked up their location and drove to their business to see if the chip could be repaired. Thankfully it could. I called my insurance co. (West Bend) and were told they were in the auto glass network. The claim through Clear View was easy and fast. We were able to get it fixed right away and their work was amazing. They have the right tools to fix chips and I can hardly see the area on the windshield. I am impressed!!! My windshield was destroyed by gravel spilling from an oncoming, overloaded, semitruck with no covering, at 55+ mph in the oncoming lane. I made an appointment with Safelite Auto Glass 45 miles away. When I arrived they said "Oh! we can't replace your windshield because we can't calibrate your radar." That was a wasted 90 mile drive.👎 But the folks at Clear View Auto Glass near my home replaced my windshield professionally and quickly while I waited. We had some issues, but I was sorted out with a small discount. And too, the prices are low and they got to me before anyone else could. I only had 2 windows tinted though. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to help me decide which tint to get. Overall a great experience!! Great service and friendly easy going employees. I called around 9 am looking for a windshield and install on my 2000 chevy 1500 max they ordered, replaced and tinted my windshield by 4pm same day!! Great job guys!!
