Let me start off by stying that Paula was absolutely AMAZING! From the time I called for a quote to the time I walked out after service. Great customer service, kept me company when she had time because it got busy, but she kept her professionalism!!! I can’t remember the gentleman name that put my glass on but his work was very professional and speedy on timing. You will not regret allowing Auto Glass Now on Olive Street in Pine Bluff to get you back on the road being able to see without cracks!!! Great job guys!!! I've been to AGN several times. The first few times my windshield did not need any treatment. I was pleased they weren't trying to charge me needlessly. This time I had a rock splat that was unfixable, so my windshield had to be replaced. They ordered it on Thursday and Monday they replaced it in an hour and a half. The manager was efficient and the man who did the service was always smiling and very pleasant. You could tell he loves what he does! A rare find these days! Work was excellent!

Making the appointment was super easy. I was incredibly pleased that they could do it the next day. Upon arrival, Paula and Melissa were very friendly and courteous. They made up my work order and Mike got busy on it. It wasn't long until Mike came in and told me it was done. My back glass looks great! Very reasonably priced and wonderful service. I couldn't ask for more.

I went in for a complete front window replacement and calibration for my CLS 550 Mercedes in Pine Bluff AR. They replaced the front windshield however they were unable to calibrate it properly. I had to take it to Capital Glass company in Little Rock AR in order for it to be calibrated correctly. This cost me extra time and money for the service.

I came in, and Ms. Paula was very friendly. She gave me all the information I needed to get my front window repaired. She even suggested that if I have a small crack, I come right away rather than wait. I came in for my appointment, and it was the exact waiting time. Overall, I was very pleased, and I will send others as well.

Fast and Fantastic Service I had my passenger side window repaired by Auto Glass Now, and they were excellent. The service was incredibly fast, and the quality of the repair was top notch A+. They really know what they're doing and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them for anyone needing glass repair!

Place is a Joke. Was told bring in and it may take up to 3hrs. Well 6 hrs later they finished. I watched several customers pull up while I’ve been waiting and they finish their cars. I will never use again. I’ve had several windshields installed and multiple at a time done faster than that!!

Paula was absolutely wonderful. She is a huge asset to your company and truly cares about her customers. My dad was in the hospital and every time I went in she asked me how he was and let me know she had him in her prayer box. I would never use another company unless Ms. Paula left
