The glass job looks great. The guys was friendly and hard working in the shop but the receptionist kinda seemed rude and annoyed. You cannot expect young kids to behave and not be little loud or fiddle with things. Most kids are going to show out especially when they have to wait in a small waiting room. So slightly disappointed in the customer service I received, she wasn't very friendly. She would snap at my kids over simple things that was harmless. My daughter made a nocie at her and she snapped at her. She is 4 and just being a typical 4 year old. She snapped at my son for moving a bottle of hand sanitizer over a fee inches on the counter. It was harmles she could of politely asked him not to bother it or she could of just moved it back to its originally spot latter. She made it way to obvious that she was happy we was going outside to wait the remaining time. Other than that thr glass looks good. The guys know what they are doing but please work with your secretaries on customer service skills.

So came in here for a leak that was getting my headliner wet when it rained. They flushed the sunroof and I also had my driver and passenger windows tinted to match the factory privacy glass. They didnt charge me for the flushing of the sunroof. Next rain storm came out and the headliner was wet again. Called them up. They got me in quick looked at the windsheild and determined the seal had been broken. They fixed it and again no charge. Also everyone there was friendly. Thank you Gene's Glass Shop for saving the day.

If I could have given no stars I would. My wife dropped the truck off within 20 mins they called and said it was ready. When we got there the windshield wiper cal was not put back on correctly and urethane was all over the inside of the vehicle. Not sure if this is a regular occurence or if it was because they thought she would not pay any attention or know what to look for. Regardless after paying close to 200 buck this is way unacceptable.

Went in with shattered window and was able to drop it off 2 days later and pick it up a few hours later. Everyone else either couldn't get my window or it would take over a week. Genes shop looked at it and said bring it in first thing Wednesday and I did. With the freezing cold and having to take my little ones to school I was very happy to get it done in 2 days. I'd tell anyone to go here if I was asked. Thanks guys

Gene's glass shop saved me money and impressed me with their expertise and professionalism. They quoted me a windshield at the same price as their competitors, but did not have the extra fees attached to the price that the other competitors had. Saved me quite a bit of money. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be going back there for window tinting soon.

Already love this place. Worked with me on moving my appointment when my bank got hacked and took care of me very fast. Literally half the price to replace a window than all the other places out there! Customer for life now. Awesome folks as well, kinda restores your faith in businesses!

Scheduled me in quickly to replace my front windshield and retinted. Did an amazing job on the install. Did notice a scratch on the glass, called them up and they fixed it really quick. Very friendly staff, highly recommend to anyone needing glass replacement or just tint.

John and his crew are all very nice and polite. I got an appointment within 3 day of contacting them. They had the work done very quickly and I picked up my jeep in 2hrs of dropping it off. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of glass
