My experience was a great one. I called as soon as they opened for business yesterday. I needed a back glass for my granddaughter’s Subaru. I just knew they wouldn’t have one on hand being an odd vehicle. Joe immediately looked it up and they definitely had it in the warehouse. I was told they would work me. I left her car around 11:30 and at 2:06 I received a call her car was fixed and ready to go. That was a quick work in and I appreciate them getting it fixed so soon. The office staff are a pleasure to work with. All so kind and helpful. I give them an A plus rating across the board!!!

Fantastic place to get your windshield replacement. They make it as easy as possible. I jumped the gun and called Generations Auto Glass and let them know I would need to do an insurance claim and they said no problem and gave me the info to report to my own insurance company. I called my insurance company, they contacted Generations Auto Glass, Generations Auto Glass called me and told me when the OEM glass would be delivered and asked when I’d like to bring my car. I dropped my car off that morning, a little late even, and they called me around noon to let me know my car was ready. Generations Glass had to recalibrate and deal with all the high tech stuff that goes along with replacing glass on a 22 Mercedes GLE450 but had no problems getting it handled. I didn’t have to make an extra trip to Mercedes where I know that it wouldn’t have been this simple. If you have insurance or don’t, definitely let Generations Glass handle it and save yourself money and time. Not to mention they are just kind, down to earth people that are so easy to work with.

THIS MAN STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK!!! I came across Glass Pros because the dealer refused to fix the rear window, Hyundai said they were not allowed to do it because of the glue involved… and so I had to find a third-party to do it. They referred me to Glass Pros. They said he could do it, and gave me his business card. Cody called me back after I left him a voicemail. He said he could be there the next morning. And he was. He changed that window out right in my garage. But a strange thing happened, when the rear door closed, it beeped ten times! Cody called the dealer and asked what is 10 beeps mean? They didn’t know, I kid you not, the dealer didn’t know what the car was trying to say. So they couldn’t help Cody and the door wouldn’t close or open. After he fussed with the car, & the dealer service, telling him nothing useful, I paid him and said I would take it to the dealer in the morning. Which I did, and that lead nowhere. The service manager brought out a $1000 part and said I had to have that installed. And then Corporate told them 10 beeps was because the computer was trying to tell me not to drive the car because the door was not closed. 10 beeps = Warning Warning Warning Will Robinson!!! Well I was livid. How could the dealer not know this? My Santa Fe Ultimate was 6000 miles past warranty coverage. (60,000) By the time I called Cody, he already got the word that I was not happy. So he went to the dealer and bought that $1000 part. He said he had to do one job and then he would be over to my house to put it in! Now Cody said this has never happened to him in the past, and I do believe him. I have that kind of luck. When he got there, we discussed it and that just maybe, some glass had gotten into the $1000 latch mechanism and once it was out of the door he could try to clean the glass out and put mine back in. Which was what wound up happening. I didn’t stand over him watching, because by this point he had proved he cares a lot more than the dealer did. He told me it was fixed, and that he was going to bring that brand new part back and get his money back. Imagine that… 10 beeps equals the MEGA warning that nobody knows about
