These guys are great! I had the windshield on my truck replaced once before at the dealer and it took three hours…and it was poorly done. These guys had it done in 15 minutes! Granted, it was a slow day, but even if it wasn't they probably would've had it done in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier about their service, price and professionalism! Great job!!

Called To Get A Quote On Replacing My Front Vent Glass For My Mitsubishi Eclipse, Was Told It Was Going To Be $240+ For The Glass Itself & Labor But It Would Be $99.99+ For Just Labor & My Own Glass To Install. Luckily I Had My Own Glass But $100 Is Still Outrageous Just To Loosen A Few Screws, & Tighten Them Back Up. I Called Around 3pm & They Close At 5pm, I Was Told That It Was Too Late In The Day To Try To Get It Installed Even Though They Closed In 2 Hours, I Convinced The Lady On The Phone To At Least Let Someone Inspect My Vehicle To See If It Was Possible To Install In Little To No Time, She Agreed But Was Extremely Hesitant. I Got There About 8 Minutes Later & Couldn’t Even Make It Inside Of The Building Before Someone Walked Up To Me, Looked At My Car & Told Me That They Weren’t Able To Install The Glass Due To The Old Piece Of Glass Having A Bent Frame. This Makes No Sense Because The New Glass Was Attached To A BRAND NEW Frame So Fixing The Frame Wouldn’t Have Been An Issue At All (This Was Before He Even Seen The New Piece Of Glass, He Didn’t Even Bother To Ask To See It) Once I Showed Him My Piece Of Glass To Install He Came With Another Lame Excuse Saying How It Would Be Too Complicated To Install & Turned Me Away Literally Because He Didn’t Feel Like Working On It. I Went To Sparkle Body Shop & Received A MUCH Better Price & Service, Was Charged $60 For Labor Of Installation, Please Go There Instead & Ask For Roy!

My experience was very pleasant. The young lady at the desk was very nice, but still professional, as was the person who fixed my windshield. I recommended them to my daughter. They were very patient. I was a little late because my GPS took me around the world to get there, but they were very understanding and did a great job, and did it very quickly. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Kelsey at the front desk is wonderful. She is super sweet. Took our Mazda to get the windshield replaced and barely 2 weeks later a rock chipped it. I called and Kelsey told me to bring it in and they fixed it for us at no charge since it had only been 2 weeks. If you need your windshield replaced this is the company. They do great work and are really nice people. Best prices i could find as well! ❤️

Hands down the place to go if you need glass!! A rock damaged my windshield on my jeep. They quoted me on the spot and was able to get me in quicker than other places could even get me a quote.. and icing on the cake is.. they are super reasonable on prices. Took the guy like 20 or so minutes to replace it too.. i highly recommend these guys!!! Can't beat the prices and speed

My back left drivers side window got blown out by something while driving through North Little Rock. I took the next exit and googled auto glass nearby, which led me to auto glass now. Their NLR location couldn't fit me in, but they called their Jacksonville location, and 2 hours later i was back on the road. Big shout out to these guys! Great folks!

Great auto glass place in Jacksonville right off the interstate that does repairs, replacements, and calibration. Excellent service personnel and the office lady was very knowledgeable and helpful at getting us in at the time she said. Fast, affordable, and a convenient way to get my windshield chip fixed before it becomes a full blown crack!

When needing a windshield replaced, Auto Glass Now is quick to get into and more affordable that Safeflite. They did a great job and even put all my stickers (oil reminder, etc) back and did a great job of hiding the cords for the dashcam. They even gave me a great quote for replacing my Semi's windshield, as well. Highly recommend!

The entire experience was pleasurable, from the initial phone call to the service performed. It took less than an hour for the tech to install my new windshield. The price was fair. The young lady, Kelsey up front, was very professional, polite, and courteous. If i ever have any auto glass needs i will absolutely be a return customer.

Great and knowledgeable staff. I had a Winshild replaced in my daughter’s car that I just bought her. I set up an appointment and showed up and they got me right in and did a fantastic job.
