My experience with this business was not a positive one. I wish I could say differently. Here’s what happened that I was not pleased with. When I arrived the owner told me his helper was that not there, his wife and that I would need to stay and assist him with replacing that back rear window. While I was in the back of my truck without any explanation he got into the front of the truck and just started pounding the window out with glass flying everywhere including all over me.. That glass was left in my truck inside and out including even on my dashboard after the job is finished and no attempt was made ever to clean any of it up. When I picked up my truck to leave all of the things that where removed from the back of the truck were left at his facility and when I called to see if they were there he was very anxious and annoyed and indicated that I was accusing him of taking them out of the truck to begin with. I just thought since it was his business when he finish the job he would clean up the glass that was broken and put my items back in the back of my truck and then when I picked up my truck to leave it would be ready to leave. In general, the installer/owner seem to have a chip on his shoulder, and seem to not have any pride in his work and I would not use them again and I cannot recommend them. So like everyone says good price and fast, window replacement is not hard like it use to be. Now to my problem with excuses from Todd, my Tundra rear glass has to be broken to remove it. This without any precautions starts out to be a mess, I have glass EVERYWHERE, Todd says "people have things in there bed and don't like them touched" MY BED WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AND HE HAD TO REMOVE AND INSTALL FROM THE BED. I GO BACK AND HE TAKES A LEAF BLOWER TO CLEAN MY BED, DIDN'T WORK WELL AT ALL. NEXT Todd says he vacuumed the inside, ok, well I go to lift my seat he left down in the back and I noticed all kinds of glass, no effort was published in to take care of my truck. I call Todd again and he tells me "I don't move things around to vacuum" Really after telling me he did. This ABSOLUTELY IS NOT WORTH THE SMALL SAVINGS AND GOING BACK MULTIPLE TIMES. FROM OTHER REVIEWS AND RESPONSES ALL I SEE IS ISSUES THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND EXCUSES WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG. TAKE THE TIME Todd to do what you are VERY WELL PAID FOR. Saw a small hole the other day on driver's side near wipers on windshield which had a crack extending about 1-1/2 inches. Called my insurance company and explained it and they referred me to a mobile windshield glass repair affiliation. Didn't feel good about their recommendation so went to Yelp for reviews on other shops locally. Best thing I ever did! Called Greenwood Auto Glass and owner Todd DeLoach answered. He was courteous, polite and kind and told me to come over right away. When I got there he highly recommended I replace windshield which I did the next day. Let me tell you folks Todd definitely knows his stuff. Not only is he skilled, professional and super fast he gets the job done beautifully and he's super nice to boot. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone anytime. Best auto glass and windshield repair in Hot Springs and probably every surrounding town for miles. People do not hesitate to have him do the work. This is as good as it gets! 5 Stars.

Had a window replaced here today, not my first time going here either… fast and friendly service. This gentleman went out of his way to repair the regulator instead of just charging for a new part, this saved me hundreds of dollars. Even though the job was a bit more complicated than just dropping new glass in, he honored his price quote and had me back to normal in under an hour. Awesome service! Went in to fix a chip in my windshield from the previous day and he fixed it on the spot. The chip is gone and now I don't have to worry about it spreading. While I was there I quoted a windshield for my pathfinder, the price was great so I had him order it, came in a few days later and he installed it in no time at all. Great at keeping a conversation going the whole time so you aren't bored out of your wits while he installs it. I would definitely recommend this sort of service over a larger company.

They made an appointment for me that very day. Showed up and got right at it, 4-5 more people showed up and the owner/ operator was able to follow up with customers and still get my windshield replaced in a timely fashion. Owner is friendly but professional while performing quality work at a great price. The shot glass is tea from Morocco, not whiskey. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I arrives as he was working on someone else's windshield. When he got to me I showed him where mu issue was and he began work without telling me how much or how he was going to fix it. I was a pretty disappointed when I saw that there were three dots on my windshield two he had to drill to keep it from running. But the price was great. Only $50

Amazes me how ridiculous people can be in a review that can directly effect someone's livelihood. I didn't like his badmouthing, never met the man, never had work done by him, 1 star. He does excellent work, he does it quickly, and he does it at a fair price. The only thing I would change is how often he puts his business cards in the door, I get three of those things a week.

This is my third time going to him. I insist the company I work for take our cars there as he is lower on price and always quality work he stands behind.
