So I'm a little late doing this, but I have taken my car to this location twice to get windshields replaced. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is great, the pricing is great and the service is great. It was also nice to have wifi access so I could work while I've been there. These guys are doing it the right way! As a start up company they fully understand what "customer service" means! I had a rear glass leaking on my 2020 Cheverolet 1500. I was told my the dealership it would cost me 250.00 just to find the LEAK! I called Elite and not only did they make a "no charge" trip to my home in Bella Vista to assess the problem they came back the next week and fixed it, at a fraction of the cost that the dealership was going to charge. This group of four guys are professional, courteous and most importantly "honest"! I highly recommend them!! TOP NOTCH!

Have to drive I-49 to work and back so my windshield had 3 direct strikes. One of which proceeded to crack along the upper part of the windshield. Finally had to make the decision to fix it while at work. Safelite automatically came to mind. Called to schedule the day. Tuesday morning Micheal reached out by phone that he would be our tech and gave us a window of 1-2:00pm. He was there by 2 and done by 3. Great service! Will use again if needed and highly recommend. Thanks!
