I was rear-ended in May 2018 and did not get my car back until after almost two months, and even then it was not fixed like it should have been. During that time, I was told my car was completely fixed and ready to go on three separate occasions. On each occasion I found several issues wrong with my car and was told that the issues would be fixed. The first time I was told my car was ready to go, some of the paint that they had repainted was already coming off, the plastic on the inside of my tailgate came loose like it was about to fall completely off, and there were scratches on my back windshield wiper. There was even a spot on the roof of my car (that was not damaged in the accident) were it looked like someone had scratched it and then dropped some paint on top of it. I also informed them that one side of my taillights (including one license plate light) was brighter than the other side. I was told that they would fix these issues. The second time I was told that it was ready, I came and found loose pieces of plastic in the back of my car that had not been put back in place properly, a missing piece of plastic that goes in the back of my car, the inside of my car was very dusty and dirty, and the antenna on the roof of my car had scratches and sticky residue on it. Again, I received no apology for these issues, I was just reassured that they would be addressed. The third time I came to pick up my car after being told that all the issues were corrected, I found a small spot that did not get painted at all and there were several pieces of "trash" underneath the paint that caused little bubbles in the paint. I was told that they could easily fix these problems and they told me to come back in the morning. When I came back, they had painted the spot that did not have any paint, but the bubbles from the trash in the paint were all still there. I went inside and asked why they couldn't get them out and they said, "We strive for perfection, but sometimes you just can't get there." By this time I had been out of my car for almost two months and I was tired of dealing with the constant resurgence of issues. I decided to just take my car and drive it because most of the issues had been resolved. However, I still have bubbles in my paint and one side of the taillights on my car are dimmer than the other side, which is not at all aesthetically pleasing. I was not surprised to find one license plate light dangling from its wires when I walked to my car in the parking lot just yesterday. Completely unacceptable. Overall this has been by far the worst experience that I have had at any repair shop. It blows my mind that they tried to give me my car back three different times when all three times there were multiple things wrong with my car.

I was in an accident on Thanksgiving 2019 and due to insurance issues it took until January to finally get my car looked at. I was given two choices this one and a place in Rogers, given I live in Fayetteville I figured Farmington was the smarter choice. They took my car apart to assess the damage. And they took parts off that had ABSOLUTELY no correlation to my accident. When they totaled out my car and gave me the estimate to fix it I had it looked over by someone who has fixed my car before and they said they would take a look and fix it for cheaper. We had the car towed since it was going to be a $300 charge to put it back together to drive off. Before leaving I told them I wanted all of my parts in my car that they took off. When my car got to the other repair business they had to order parts because Northwest Arkansas Collision Center took them off and did not put them with the rest of the parts. MANY were missing. My damage was on the drivers side and my handle on the passenger side is missing a part. It should have NEVER been touched.

No need to respond back. The company before gerber. I used them. My wife and a deer had words. The damage was bad $4100 in all. Got another new car Had a fender bender. Had to wait around month to to drop it off to get it fixed. Then wait 3 weeks. Okay busy place had to wait on parts...Okay. Weeks in I called. A paint booth was down..they said it will be done this week. They did NOT do any painting on the car..huh.? Okay. They said they are going to re use what they can on the car...part kinda hard to get...new vehicle. Had to replace the panel cause it was destroyed by them taking it off. $8000?? Really a few more $1000 it would be half of what the car is worth. I understand labor parts are expensive but come on...a fender bender?? No wonder insurance car health whatever is so expensive. Us normal people trying to get by in life. Cant afford health car home or whatever insurance because businesses stick it to the insurance carrier. Our insurance goes up.

I have to say, in 40 years of driving a vehicle (and one to two small accidents) this was the best repair experience I have ever had. NWA Collision Center was friendly, professional, transparent and communicative in every step. I got calls from Sarah, great results from Brandon on the initial estimate and working with the insurance company, text messages - it was all great. Fast in, dealt with, truck was beautiful when I picked it up - clean inside and out. But here is the deal - it is their focus on detail. In the fender bender I had, my front Razorback license plate was broken. When I picked up my truck, they had replaced the license plate with a new one, exactly like the old one. Yes, it was a small touch. But they did everything to make sure my truck came back to me looking better than it was before. I highly recommend this team. great customer service and just great work!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

After a deer hit my vehicle, we took it to Gerber Collision & Glass for repair, and they returned my vehicle in excellent condition with everything now working perfectly. Cody managed our repair and was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He provided us with weekly updates as my vehicle progressed through the repair process. We really appreciated that extra level of care to keep us informed. And I was shocked at how clean my vehicle was upon return. It was so clean that my garage smelled nice for several days after having it parked in there. The interior and exterior were thoroughly cleaned, almost as though it was detailed, and I was extremely thrilled about that. The level of care and professionalism in which everything was handled was some of the best we have ever received. Thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs major repairs on a vehicle.

Called on a Friday morning to see when my car could get in for a minor fix. Was told it would be Monday by the first person I talked to. I had a question about insurance that she couldn’t answer so she went to ask the general manager. He was on the phone, no problem. She would call me back once he got off the phone and she was able to talk to him. An hour goes by - no call. I call instead, GM answers the phone. He proceeds to tell me it would be the middle of next week before my car could get in. You guys just filled up a day and a half of repairs during that hour I was waiting for a call back? I doubt it. Ended up calling another shop, they got me in on that Friday to at least get my vehicle to where I could drive it until they get the part in for the repair. That’s how you do customer service. Not delaying you for a week and wanting to automatically go for a rental car.

Our two experiences with Gerber Collision & Glass in Farmington, AR have been excellent. First, when our BMW X5 was backed into, they handled the entire repair process very professionally. From initial estimate, working with the insurance company, and keeping us informed on the repair timeline, to final repairs and pickup, their staff was wonderful to work with. The repairs were done with precision and matched the existing paint, trim, and aftermarket work perfectly. Recently when our BMW X6 rear lift gate stopped working after a new battery was installed at another shop, we trusted Gerber Collision & Glass to diagnose and reprogram the lift gate. They had it working again in no time. We appreciate their qualified technicians and hard-working office staff. I highly recommend.Price assessmentGreat priceServicesAuto body & trim repair, Service not listed

Ive had multiple cars fixed at this location only to have poor short and long term quality. I always find corners cut or never straight forward honesty. The cars have never been done on time or correctly. Unfortunately I didnt learn from the 9 times ive used them for different cars. "Note to owner 2-3 may only be listed under name" regardless 1 to many. Learn from my mistake and find a body shop that will work for the customer and learn to acutually be honest and transparent to help them have the best experience. They will always side with the insurance so they can get you in and out like a conveyor belt. Find one that will take the time to listen and do what is needed to be done. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision and Glass. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to Cody, who assisted me throughout the entire process. Cody was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my cars needs. The store was clean, and the staff was very friendly. He provided updates along the way. The installation team was also professional and efficient, completing the job quickly and with high-quality craftsmanship. The end result exceeded my expectations! The glass looks absolutely stunning and as if we rolled right off the factory line. If you’re looking for a company that values customer satisfaction and delivers top-notch products, I highly recommend this team. Be sure to ask for Cody—he’ll take excellent care of you!

NWA Collision Center -Farmington has impeccable customer service and quality workmanship. I had a deer hit me for the first time and it did some damage to the front of my car. I called NWA Collision Center and They got me in ( took a month for the appointment ) and covered the arrangements to have my rental car ready at their location for when I dropped my car off. They worked with my insurance company’s adjuster directly on repairs and cost . They kept me up-to-date on the progress and Date of completion. I didn’t have to worry about anything, they did it all. Their location is very clean and Very Well organized! I recommend them highly and I will definitely use them for any future repairs. Hopefully, I won’t need any, knock on wood.
