If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I attempted to contact the Tempe University location 6 times across two days contacting 4 different numbers, only for the automated system to reroute and hang up when I asked to speak to an agent regarding my service questions prior to my appointment. I drove out of my way a total of 4 times on the day of service because the service was completed incorrectly the first time, causing the dash to rattle and a piece of plastic covering to completely fall off. I messaged the text thread attempting to contact the shop that way, only to be told I needed to schedule a warranty appointment online to get these issues resolved. The website would reload and glitch when attempting to schedule, and the chat suggested I email a backend leadership contact. Only then did I receive a 5th contact, and by some miracle reached a rep who was extremely apologetic. I emailed the leadership contact I received, and a member of their team reached out to apologize for the unacceptable experience and to tell me they also didn’t like how their phones automatically hang up on customers who call asking to speak to an agent. Fix your phone systems, and complete the repair right the first time. When Geico offers safelite as a provider to fix your windshield, run the other direction.

Terrible experience and a waste of time do not go here to get your windshield replaced. I had to set aside time on two different days so that the technician can come back because the first technician brought the wrong part. He said he updated it in his system and that it would be right next time. it was not the next technician comes out also with the wrong part then informed me i would have to take my car in there and the pice of the service was going to go from $380 to $875. Something that the first technician should have informed me of because I wouldn’t have wasted my time with them anymore. On top of that i work late and specifically picked the time option of 11:30-4 because I did not want to be bothered in the morning and both technicians called me well before the time slot. I said i would not be paying that or getting a service done by them and they sent me an email confirming my appointment.

Safelite in general has a great well run system, but I will avoid this location in the future. I brought my car in for a windshield replacement, and when I picked up I immediately saw they installed a defective windshield with a very obvious warp on the drivers side sight line. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it because they closed (hours) early and left my keys on a lockbox. I scheduled a warranty replacement, so had to drop my car off a second time. Came in at 4:55pm to pickup only to find they closed early, again, without setting me up with a lockbox. Called the technician back, didn’t answer and voicemail box is full. Had to come a THIRD time to pickup my keys only to find out they had put them in a lockbox, just didn’t actually communicate that to me. This location was unprofessional and untrustworthy from start to finish.

Safelite replaced my windshield about 6 months ago, and the whole experience has been a disaster. The first technician did a terrible job, and I kept hearing wind coming through the windshield. I called them back, and they sent out another technician, who told me the first guy messed it up by using too much glue. That glue ended up ripping off my VIN number, and now the whole windshield needs to be replaced again. The second technician said they’d order a new VIN plate and get it sorted in a couple of days. Well, that was 6 months ago. I've called them countless times since then, and I still don’t have the new VIN or a clear answer about what’s going on. This is beyond frustrating. How hard is it to follow through on a job you already messed up? I wouldn’t recommend Safelite to anyone based on this nightmare experience.

Chaos, confusion and redundancy. Hard to reach, bounced from person to person each person with different information including an inebriated 2:30 min rambling voice mail I received, probably a dozen unnecessary emails that didn’t line up with what was going on, office hours that delayed verification and caused a delay/reschedule. The reps were friendly (but not one had the same information as the next and no one to see the case through beginning to end). Also, tech was excellent, but neither worth the hassle I was put through unnecessarily. And since have found out this is a common experience with Safelite. What could be such a simple process handed over to automation, seemingly with no guidelines or supervision. Never. Again. Schedule anywhere else.

3 strikes and you’re out! This is my 3rd and last trip to safelite. The first two windshield replacements required multiple return trips to fix damaged molding, air leaks and of all things an entirely new glass - per the tech the installed “the wrong one” 😳. The 3rd trip received a quote for my replacement - called and confirmed details the day before. When I arrive the local shop tells me it will be twice what I was quoted. had they provided the accurate info up front I would have used insurance. because of the emailed quote and the follow up call I declined my insurance coverage for replacement. 🤦‍♂️ I now know why my Insurance suggested another glass replacement company.

I scheduled to have the windshield to be replaced, they came and replaced it. After the replacement my A/c wasn't working, reverse camera did not work and electrical issues. My car was perfectly find prior to the replacement. I have a sensor on my rearview mirror and after looking at the way the mirror was attached to the new window it looked like a botched job. After speaking with safelite and going to their shop they said they did everything right. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They basically messed up somewhere and did not bother taking care of the error. Please be aware! This has not ever happened before. Now I have to come out of my pocket to fix their error. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We’ve been with Geico Since we relocated from Oregon to Arizona over six years now. We have had our windshield replaced and repaired through their program with safeflite as a third-party and I can’t say highly enough how we would recommend Safeflite. Their Techs that come out or very savvy, On time, Professional with the upmost mannerism and extremely prompt on the job. They keep you informed in all aspects. Can’t thank Safeflite enough For sending technicians out That go above and beyond. They’re definitely getting trained accordingly and following through regularly when their training and out in the field on their own.. Most definitely assets To Safeflite’s team Indefinitely.

Went in at about almost 9 a.m. my technician Raymond was ready with my work order in hand and equipment ready as soon as I got there, the front desk representative sitting on the right was so nice and cordial it's extremely important to have someone as nice as them taking my information, since this was my first interaction with Safelite, they did a great job with a smile, they were able to pull up my work order quickly, I made my payment and my technician was on the job ASAP! I was there for maybe 2 hours and I was on my way the skill and time to complete was great, very impressed with their work, Thanks again Raymond! 100% recommend this location and of course this technician.

My rear glass had to be specially ordered for my truck. It arrived in a very timely manner and was installed in about an hour. Insurance covered the entire cost, which I didn't think it was going to, but Safelite got it approved. The waiting room is spacious with desk areas to work if you're on your laptop; clean restrooms and a snack area with chips and snacks plus coffee and cold bottled water. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and very professional in their deportment when dealing with the customers. Safelite certainly lives up to their commercials... I recommend them highly....
