Over the years I've experienced the worst of the auto glass industry, the not so bad and the absolute best!! If you own a jeep like me, you know how many windshields you can go through. I was hesitant to take the call from another glass company offering cash back on my install, seems they are always in a hurry and not too concerned with quality! I needed my glass replaced and Lucid was offering their services. I explained my previous experiences and concerns to Kensey and she assured me this would not be my experience with Lucid! From the moment my installer showed up I was greeted and reassured of the work that was being done! Very friendly and If his work truck was any indication of the work being performed, i was in good hands. I believe how you do anything is how you do everything. I'm glad I took a chance with Lucid, they've made me a believer again!! Lol Excellent customer service and quality work says a lot about a company these days!! Thank you Kensey and Jason. Working with Lucid Auto Glads & RV has been great! James reached out to me via text to let me know they were running a deal and was curious to know if my windshield had any cracks, which it did!! Within the next few minutes we were on the phone talking about next steps, he then reached out to my insurance and worked with them though next steps. The very next morning Ignacio came to my house and started the process of replacing my windshield (such a kind gentleman and very knowledgeable, he’s been in the business for over 30 years!). Once Ignacio was finished, a third party calibration company came to complete a few more steps (also an enjoyable company to work with). Kensey has also been great wrapping up the details via phone calls and text, making communicating very easy! 1000% recommend Lucid Auto Glass & RV and will be working with their amazing team in the future!

They did an excellent job. I normally go with another company, but Lucid contacted me. We had some connectivity concerns, that were entirely mine. Timing with when to call . Trying to get things set up with having the worse wi-fi reception at my place of work. We managed to get past this, and it took less than five minutes total to get the appointment set up and insurance approval. The tech came to me on my requested day, and had my windshield replacement done in less time than it took me to walk my dog. I also like that they give you the rebate money 💸 through an app. No more trying to cash a check or walking around with more cash than you want to carry on your person. Crucial in this day and age. Thanks again for making this a pleasant experience.

Ryan is so awesome in the fact that he checks in every few months to see if we need anything, and if the world and its crazy schedules, its nice that they take the time to do so. The appointment was made, and the notified me that they were within 20 mins of being to my home. The gentleman who did the work was very pleasant and completed the work in a very timely fashion! Everything was awesome, we will always keep this biz in mind for windshield replacement for peace of mind and great quality of work. Everything was completed in a timely manner and every person I interacted with was so kind! Communication was great. Our technician Jose told us whoever did our last windshield replacement had actually placed it unsafely. Super grateful for Jose for placing it on correctly as this whole time we were at risk! My experience with Lucid Auto Glass was smooth and seamless. I have a recurring weekly networking meeting where I met Jason. From there I set up my appointment for a large crack in my windshield. The following week at the networking meeting I met with a technician to replace my windshield and by the end of the meeting everything was finished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and also I saved money by going with Lucid Auto Glass!

Lucid Auto Glass & RV were great to work with!! Jason made the process of getting my truck glass repaired very quick and painless and was even able to help me get a part fixed and covered by insurance that a previous company damaged. I have used them multiple times to fix cracks in my windshield and also for a full windshield replacement. Every time I use them Jason makes the process so easy to schedule and the glass technicians communicate well when on their way and when job is finished. They work quickly and do a great job. They also have the best pricing compared to other companies. I will continue to use them in the future if needed.

Lucid Auto Glass undercut a previous estimate by $150. I did not have my windshield insured, so I appreciated their reasonable price! The first windshield they installed suffered a stress crack hours after install, and when I called the next day they had a new one out, no questions asked. Chrissanto (sorry if misspelled) was a courteous and professional installer. Would highly recommend!

I made a brief stop in Scottsdale with my new company vehicle. To my dismay I heard that sound of a stone hitting the windshield. Yes, a chip with less than 3K miles on the SUV. I called Lucid as I wanted the chip to be repaired before it spread. They sent out a technician less than an hour after I called. Now back home in TX and chip repair holding fine. 5-Star+ to the company.
