Well let me start by stating I used these guys because they are LGBTQ friendly like stated in google . They did an awesome job , very polite and showed up exactly like they said they would. The technician did leave a tool in the car , but did call a bit later to retrieve. I was going to call either way to let them know. Fast , easy and all n all a great experience . Thank you guys !

These guys are terrible. My insurance agent recommended them to replace the windshield on my Mercedes SL550 and on their advice I went to them. They replaced the windshield and in the process the guy damaged the rubber frame around the window which left the windshield with a terrible buzzing sound when the vehicle hit 50mph. The guy came out twice after the first installment and couldn't fix the problem. This guy said he had 25 years of experience and he didn't admit that he damaged the exterior rubber seal. The owner road with me and he couldn't determine the problem. A second windshield was installed and the second installer didn't recognize that the rubber seal was damaged and reinstalled it again which left me with the same problem of a loud buzzing sound. A whole month later with no resolution from the supposed experts. It wasn't until I had a tech from Mercedes ride with me and he determined the problem immediately. Fortunately the Mercedes dealership fixed the problem. Never again will I take my vehicle to Camelback Auto Glass.

This place was amazing & quick into getting me a quote. Melissa was very active through phone call & text messages and gave me all options needed. I had been searching for a few quotes for my vehicle, but my windshield includes the black dots around edges and that is extra cause it helps when hit with direct light. When I asked these other places to confirm for me it would come out higher than quoted. If I wouldn’t have clarified prices then it wouldn’t have created a pleasant service & Melissa was great in making sure I was getting the correct glass without having to ask myself. Richard was the tech that came down to replace my windshield and was extremely friendly. Immediately offered extra perks that were offered at no extra cost. He was quick and efficient and quality of work was outstanding ! Thank you to Richard for making it a priority to come ASAP.

Everything about the process was great, except getting the rebate check. No one in the office verified where I wanted the check to be sent. They simply sent the check to the address where they came for service. Well they came to a business park, and when providing directions for someone who is driving to an office building it seems unnecessary to provide a Suite # since it's irrelevant for driving directions. I called their office today to find out the status of my check, not only did it mail 15 days ago and hasn't shown up to my office, but they cannot issue a new one until 1. It is returned to them by the post office, or 2. 90 days have past. So I'm now stuck waiting around for another 75 days most likely for a check I should have a week ago. I had a amazing first experience with Camelback Auto Glass. The guys that came out worked fast and had outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using y'all in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement or repair.The only question I have is about the rebate check. It's been 3 weeks since I had my windshield replaced and I was told 5 to 10 business days and I can't get ahold of anyone in the office. Technician’s did not speak English, which made it extremely difficult to provide directions. Once the technician finally arrived they were very unprofessional, eating a burrito while looking around my hood for scratches. No incentive offered as advertised. Windshield cracked 4 days after replacement, poor quality. Overall very sketchy.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
