This is my second visit to this shop. Both times have been an easy, money saving, fast, and quality experience. The first time I came with my 2016 Chevy Suburban that has a fancy rain sensor and collision detection sensors in its windshield. The price was less than 1/3 of any other glass company. I put off replacing that windshield for a year because of the huge expense i thought it would be based on all the other quotes i got. On this second visit i had a 2015 Chevy Silverado that had a rear passenger power window smashed out. Once again, Very affordable and fast. Just bring your car here and they get the glass in about 15 mins and replace it in less than an hour. It is worth the drive down here to save hundreds of dollars on winshield, side, or rear window replacement. they also replace side mirrors. *Bilingual: English/Spanish* I needed the driver's side glass replaced. I called about 8 different auto glass shops in my immediate zip code and some way out of my zip code. They were all overpriced. Eventually, I called Leo's as a last option. I was quoted a very reasonable price and it was done in about 30 min. The guys here were so very helpful. Leo's price and quality cannot be beat. Aside from that, customer service was exceptional. They speak English and Spanish. Come to this place for auto glass needs. Seriously, you won't find another better priced place.

Luna's Autoglass provided superb service to my car. I went in for a windshield replacement. The workmanship was topnotch and the windshield is of very good quality. They provided friendly and accommodating customer service from my initial call until the end of the service. On top of that, the price was the lowest (in my case) within the valley. I would also like to commend the installer for informing me about a possible coolant leak in my car that he noticed. With him letting me know, I was able to change a cracked hose in my radiator, thus preventing an overheat especially in this AZ summer.

Amazing!!!! All the staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful!! Amazing communication, this is my first time getting a windshield replacement and I was unsure of what to do. I texted their automated number, but a real person reached out to me quickly and called. I have statefarm and I couldn’t find their shop on the app, but before I could even figure it out, Magic Windshields rep had me on a three way call with a statefarm agent!!! It was incredibly helpful and impressive. Magic windshields is a statefarm certified technician and it was very seamless. I went to the physical office to drop off my car and they have a nice waiting room. The location is awesome, I was able to uber around for cheap to kill time. The windshield itself is beautiful!! The statefarm rep warned me that I’d have to get a recalibration elsewhere (I have a Tesla) and that seemed like it was going to be a headache… but the magic windshields techs did it for me!!!! It seems like all of the team is super knowledgeable, and it really shows in their work!!! I would happily recommend Magic Windshields to everyone!!!

The process was quick and easy. The representative form NuVision was very helpful. The tech showed up on time with prior notice. Very kind and knowledgeable. Finished job in an hour with calibration ( my car requires it) showed me proof of calibration which is very important for the safety. I also requested tinting top part of the windshield They did it perfectly without changing it. It is also lifetime warranty of chips so it is worry free. This is second time with this company, so I will stick with this company. Then send me $150 cash back Visa card and dinner at Brazilian BBQ , can’t beat the deal Over all very satisfied!

I have had my last 3 cars looked after by Sam and her team at Penske glass and as someone who has had many different employees and customer service experiences - Sam & Mark are bye far and away the best. They literally are the epitome of what customer services for example, one time when my windshield need replaced I also Had mentioned that my brake fluid light was on, so Sam had the technician bring a gallon jug of Land Rover brake fluid. That was the spec needed for my Range Rover without even letting me know It. With the countless rocks lining all of the freeways in Arizona and the countless windshield companies to match - I will never have any car that needs glass repair that I will not reach out to Sam directly first to make sure the job is getting done properly on time and typically far beyond expectation!

I would just like to take the time to come on here and say THAT WAS THE FASTEST WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT I have ever gotten in my entire life!!! Start to finish was about 30 mins, and these guys are professionals! They’re MOBILE as well, but I had errands to run, so figured I would just come by and so glad I did! The price was phenomenal, and the quality was even better. During great conversation while I waited, I learned that it was a 30+ years family business run by the Grandfather Fidel and his two grandsons, Angel and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other young man’s name but he was very polite as well. Bravo gentlemen! Keep it in the family, because you all are doing fantastic! I work in a hospital and I will be recommending these guys to anyone I can. THANK YOU for a great experience and service!!
