My experience with Auto Glass Express of Glendale started with a phone call. I was introduced to Jose, and he assisted me with scheduling an appointment to replace my damaged windshield. He conducted himself professionally and patiently while I answered his questions and provided him with necessary information. He was thorough and personable -- a great first impression! The following day, my technician called me about an hour before my scheduled appointment informing me that he was on his way. He showed up earlier than scheduled, and went straight to work assessing the situation and talking me through the process. I was able to watch him and his partner work swiftly on the replacement, and was impressed by their degree of focus, skill, and professionalism. Just had my windshield replaced by Auto Glass Express and they are by far the best company I've dealt with for this service. They were on time, very attentive and responsive. During the initial appointment at my workplace before work even started it was noted my car needed the windshield side moldings replaced as the last company that installed a new windshield broke the clips and glued the moldings back in place! My technician Carl contacted the office and got new moldings approved through my insurance and rescheduled for the next morning. I specifically requested Carl to return and sure enough he did, right on time! Carl is the man! Very thorough, knows what he's doing and explained everything in detail. The work he performed was excellent quality. I am very satisfied with my Auto Glass Express experience and highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs.

I called two days after the damage occurred and was able to get a next-day appointment for the first time in a long time. The appointment day, Jesus called me well before my appointment time asking if I was interested in getting the replacement done earlier. This greatly helped me as I was originally scheduled very close to an appointment I had. He was out exactly at the time he said he would be, took about 20 minutes just as he said it would, and explained everything in detail. He even put my parking permit sticker back on the new window which was very important to me. The work looks wonderful and he told me I can call him at his number with any questions and that he will be happy to assist me. Great service from a wonderful gentleman. Will definitely use this company for any future replacements.

From the minute Michele answered the phone, she was profesional, knowledgeable, helpful, expedient and kind!! The process went as smooth as i was hoping to be since i have been a long time customer of this great establishment. The service provided was phenomenal! I called in for a quote & Veronica took good care of me. I was unsure on which company to go with, but Veronica was nice enough to send me a text with her information. I was able to schedule the appointment via text (i was at work, so couldn't talk on the phone). It was a last minute appt and Veronica was able to get me in the same day! I was greeted immediately when i got out of my car. I felt so welcomed! I came in to get a chip repaired on my windshield. Saxton got it done within 15 minutes on a Saturday. I was in the waiting room. The waiting room made me feel like i was at home. There was a tv and refreshments. The couches were so comfortable and the decor was touching. Saxton work was outstanding! The chip was fixed and i felt so relieved. Saxton took time out of his busy day to talk to me and educated me on the auto services that him and his team provided. The customer service level was above and beyond what i expected. I'm so glad i found this place and will be a life long customer!

Carl came out and did an excellent job on my windshield! He was very professional and had terrific customer service it blew us away. We had a few questions for him after the installation and he showed interest and quickly answered them for us, as well as called in their office to answer a few more questions. On top of that he offered to help us clean some old window paint off the car from our wedding! We really think he deserves recognition for his awesome work. I’d recommend these guys to anybody, they are very kind in person and over the phone, they are very prompt and seem like they really care about the customers experience.

Yesterday I called autoglass express and omg xavier the one who answered was super polite and really respectful it was an easy few steps and i was already set for an appointment! Since i schedule a mobile appointment they were willing to work with me and schedule it on time, around 9am this morning the autoglass repair guy shaun he was on time,respectful and was really professional about everything and to me wise as a customer! The guys did an awesome job on 3 of my vehicles the same day. Even added the right type of seal on my Honda. I found out that who ever replaced the windshield before did not care about putting the top seal on the top of my car’s windshield. I’m glad I went with this company. Because the last time I listen to my insurance company suggestion I end up missing a part of my wife car when the windshield was replace.
