MPG Auto Glass

So MPG did my windshield this spring, they had a few issues with molding but it’s an Infiniti so I don’t blame them. They kept coming back to fix it until it was perfect. Once again Infiniti is a pain in the….@$$. I mean who puts the starter in the middle of the engine. Anyway two weeks ago I found out my rain sensor didn’t work because it started raining. Angel on his vacation in Cali got me a guy immediately to assess the issue. ONCE AGAIN I CANT STRESS that Infiniti is a pain in the @$$. I don’t blame them because how were they to really know if it hasn’t rained. Again they cans out as many times just to make sure it was perfect. They were going above and beyond and I greatly appreciated. I was getting frustrated with the process not them. Come to find out the sensor just needed time to mold to the windshield. Once again stressing not their fault but that the AZ weather hates everyone and Infiniti is a pain in the @$$. I will have all my cars go here for windshield needs. Highly recommend.

Today was the second time, second vehicle we used MPG within 6 months. If you’re from Arizona it’s good to have these guys on speed dial. I have to say this was the easiest, most stress less service I have EVER experienced both times! Angel, our service provider, made the process extremely simple. He made the 3 way call to the insurance company, stayed on the phone for support and when the call was done he got right to work. We called on Friday afternoon and we had a new windshield, tinted, and installed by Monday. And not to mention, they came to us! All of the technicians we have encountered have been extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and a timely professional job was presented! On the road from California to Texas, my truck got hit by a big tire piece the car in front of me ran over. Entire windshield was shattered with glass pieces getting inside. It was Dec 23rd and we were just outside of Tucson so my wife and I called around to most windshield repair shops. Almost every single one didn't have availability until after Christmas which was a no go. When we called MPG, Angel answered and said he could do it the next day which was Christmas Eve. Christian came super early the next morning and communicated with us extremely well. He installed the new windshield in 45 minutes. Looked exactly like the OEM windshield. We waited about an hour after the new windshield was installed and drove 12 hours back to Texas with no issues at all. About two weeks since, and everything is perfect!

MPG auto glass is amazing! They made this frustrating situation so easy for me to deal with, the manager Angel is very good at communicating throughout the entire process and I called 7 different places for quotes and although I found one place that was cheaper they didn't offer what MPG does which is a lifetime guarantee of their windshield product with free chip repairs. They were definitely worth the extra money and they were so quick they even were able to fix my car right there at my work so I had no stress trying to find time off to take my car to a shop. Above and beyond! We had an excellent experience with MPG and I highly recommend them. When our windshield cracked right before our big family road trip MPG came through and worked us in the next day when all the other glass shops were booked out for a week or more. Our car has adaptive cruise control that requires calibration after a windshield replacement. They could only do the calibration at their other location across town but they graciously ran our car out there and back for us. We had our car back with a new windshield and calibration within 3 hours. They were super professional and friendly, and they helped us deal with our insurance company's red tape.

This was the absolute best experience ever! They came to my school to replace the windshield, then took my vehicle back to their shop for calibration, then brought the car back to school. I never had to do anything! The very same day it was replaced, I got a chip in it. Angel came out the next day, again to my school, and fixed it for me free of charge. This company ROCKs. Last year they replaced our windshield for a great price. A week ago the weather stripping was coming unglued. I called Angel and he said the windshield had a lifetime warranty and would send Christian back out to glue down. Christian showed up a few days later and fixed it. The issue was a lack of glue placed on the windshield from the manufacturer. Not the fault of MPG. MPG backed up their service. Way to go Angel and Christian!!!

The whole experience was one of the best business interactions I have had in while. Everyone was professional, cordial, on time and handled issues superbly. Carlos was there quickly, realized the windshield he had was the incorrect one, and still got the right one installed before the time I needed it completed.
