My car was hit by a rock on Saturday. I immediately filed the repair claim through the insurance. On Monday morning, I got a call from Seth. He was able to get me in the repair schedule in the next two hours. When the installer Dennis showed up "on time", I pointed him where the crack is. Then he saw the repair I had a few months ago from a different company and told me "that was a very very bad repair". I had multiple cracks repaired in the past years (on different cars) and that old repair is the same as others, it always has a few cracks that are still visible. So I smiled back to Dennis and said nothing. After Dennis completed the work and showed me the result. WOW...WOW...WOW... I barely can find where the damage was. I never know the crack repair can actually be that good. Only a tiny dot is visible and absolutely no other cracks at all. Dennis's work completely change my mind about the crack repair. Honestly, pretty amazing customer service all around. First off, immediate response/appointment/follow up. Also, the price to replace my windshield seemed very, very fair. Lastly, we had a light bar attached to our jeep. My guess is that we were probably missing a few screws on it. When it was re-assembled, all of the bolts were put on one side so the light bar was not properly attached on the other side. I contacted Seth and he then located screws from a local jeep shop and is going to go back to our place and replace them. That is what I call service. We are only in Scottsdale part time and I have a windshield that is cracked at our other home. I'm going to wait until I drive down there this spring to have it replaced or fixed as I want to give these guys the business. Great service like this is hard to find. There is no other auto class company you should consider! The windshield was broken via the unsafe Phoenix Highway with constant pebbles hitting our windows. I called the the big guys ( safe light) and was told it would be a week before they could take care of it and that I’d have to drop the car off at their location and they’d eventually get back to me to pick it up ! I reached out to Scottsdale Auto Class , and they said they would be able to immediately! and not only that but came to the house to replace the window!! The Service Rep was awesome throughout the process and a few hours later I was back on the road !! The owner went out of way dealing with the insurance companies and follow up including a call to insure I was happy!! What the heck !!! I’m not use to service like this anywhere .. Personally I've never experienced a sunroof shattered to pieces by a rock, but Scottsdale Auto Glass apparently has. They replaced the shattered sunroof first thing the very next morning at place of work! This was especially huge for me because non stop rain was near and it was do or die for me getting to and from work without further damage to my vehicle. Second job performed by Seth and I won't use anyone else in the future! Responded to my text immediately and handled the matter with insurance immediately. Don't let your insurance company send you 40 minutes away to their "preferred shop" make Seth and Scottsdale Auto Glass your only priority for glass replacement. This sounds like a paid review but it's not. I cannot stress how great these guys are. Glass was picked up directly from an Acura Dealership OEM part! Seth and his team handled it very professionally. I had confidence they really cared. They stood behind their products and service (even involving the calibration company they contract with). Now follow up… a few month after replacing the window with SWR I had another rock incident in my hometown of WI. No really!!! I again reached out to Seth. He helped me find a trusted company in the area to work with, even tho he wouldn’t benefit from the replacement. This was above and beyond. What companies do that anymore? From.my first call with Seth trying to find a shop that was able to replace my windshield quickly, and getting a next day appointment, on a Monday, AMAZING! Then finding out that they come to you, even better! The installer, Mike, was a true professional. Plus he didn't mind an old guy watching and asking questions. He never stopped working and humored me by answering everything I threw at him. It's been a while since I last wrote a stellar review but these guys are worth it! When I gave them all a call to vet the situation, Scottsdale Auto Glass was the clear choice from just a phone conversation. Called Scottsdale Auto Glass based on reviews I read about their service and was not disappointed. Seth was professional and very helpful. Coordinated with my insurance carrier and arranged to come to repair a rock chip the next day. The next day I discovered the chip had become an eight inch long crack. I called Seth and he quickly arranged with my insurance carrier to replace the glass. I took my wife out to breakfast and on the way home was bemoaning the fact that I would have to sit through the entire time slot waiting for the tech to show up. My phone rang and Seth told me the tech was waiting at my house, 20 minutes early. Greg, the tech was friendly and efficient and was gone in under an hour. Great place to have glass work done, I highly recommend this company.

This is the 4th experience I’ve had with Scottsdale Auto Glass. Top notch each time. (5th if you include my boyfriend’s windshield replacement). The first time I used them was for my windshield. A few days after installation my rear view mirror detached with part of the glass attached. (It’s glass, it can be temperamental). They promptly came out to try and repair it. That didn’t work and the windshield had to be replaced. Again, they came out promptly and got it done. This time it was the rear windshield. It was funny because I think Seth was more upset about the damage than I was. As we are all busy people, the thing I appreciate the most is how timely they are. Seth, the owner of Scottsdale auto glass, really lives up to his five star reviews. very communicative, easy to work with, will fight to get your job done. I mean that in a good way. I had issues with my insurance covering my car even though it got approved twice and then unapproved twice, Seth went to bat for me. He’s waited hours with the insurance company, just so I don’t half to take time from my day to deal with insurance! 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking to get their glass replaced. As far as a maintenance standpoint and the work that was done, Mike came by very efficient and quick.
