Safelite Auto Glass

I've heard nothing but good things about their in person servicers. That said, they have inconvenient scheduling methods, are far over priced, and have intense wait times. Unfortunately the only way you can schedule an appointment is online, which can be frustrating for the not so net savvy customer. I went online and got my quote, which was twice as much as I ended up paying at Good Vista Auto Glass. On top of that they couldn't see me until a month later where Good Vista Auto Glass told me 2 weeks, and got ahold of me after 1 week to fix it sooner. The only advantage I can see to choosing Safelite auto glass, is that they can come to you if your broken window renders your car undriveable. In which case prepare to wait.

Was in a bind getting ready to take a motorhome trip and noticed a rock chip on my windshield. Called Safelight and can't say enough about how happy I am. Handled the insurance claim making it free, and had a technician to my house within two hours. Fixed and on the road as expected. Awesome service!!

Wasted 4 hours waiting for my appointment only for a no show no call no nothing thanks Safelite complete waste no wonder you have such great customer service oh wait you don't at all never even got a real person on the phone

Tried to call to get my glass replaced but the ivr doesn't understand what I mean when I say that I want to speak to an operator. I'm not going to play let's talk to the robot game that's not how I do business

I couldn't get anybody on the phone or on the website to make good on the warranty for the windshield that they installed that's leaking around the seal , impossible to get ahold of a real person

Excellent service and a great job done replacing my windshield and wipers. Very courteous and pleasant guys working at Safelite, the best and fastest service ever!

Great service and new windshield installation went well. Employee Anthony was on time and kept us aware of his progress. Perfect!

Possibly closed. Could not find. Nobody works there. Secretary on phone said come in, but business could not be located.

Did a Great Job! Couldn't believe it was as good as he made it! Saved tearing out an expensive windshield!!
