Delayed review: work accomplished on 23 May 2025. Read other good Google reviews so decided to stop by and set up an appointment to get a chip repaired. Matt was able to fix my chip on the spot. Matt explained the process and completed the work in about 30 minutes. GREAT WORK!!! I can barely identify where the chip was. Matt was great! Fantastic service at a fair price! I just moved here and I appreciate smaller shops with great customer service--- this shop definitely fits that description! With the condition of the roads here, I'm sure I'll be back. Definitely recommend -- 5 star service and work.

Called to schedule an appointment with them to get my windshield replaced. (It was starting to spider really bad) They ordered the glass and had it within the week. They do offer on site replacement which I opted for but Fairbanks decided to throw us for a loop and decided to snow. They called me in advance to the appointment to ask if it was OK for them to take it to their shop. Upon my approval they came got my vehicle and had everything installed in an hour. Totally recommend and will go back with any other vehicles.

Highly recommend North Star Auto Glass. From the first phone call to when they showed up right when they said they would to repair our motorhome's chipped windshield and had the work done in 15 minutes at a very fair price, it was a great customer experience. They did an excellent repair as well - I could not even see where the chip had been after they fixed it. This business will be at the top of my list for any auto glass repair needs in the future!

Matt and Larry were very professional and nice. They did a mobile replacement and were right on time. They got the whole job done in about an hour. Their prices were competative and it was easy to schedule with them, and it was super great to have the option for mobile replacement. Its great to see a local company with awesome service!

Larry came to my job to pick up my truck at lithia Chevrolet they did my windshield and a timely manner and it was a wonderful they're great guys they were friendly they were courteous they were funny and I really appreciate everything they did

Camper glass got busted out somewhere on the Alaskan Hwy crossing into Alaska. Contacted these guys and they handled everything from start to finish. Great communication and service. Highly recommend!
