Today on my commute at 7:30am I had a rock hit my window pretty hard on my brand new Ram pick up. I called them at 8:30am and they had me an appointment at 10am. They had me right in at 10am and was out of there by 10:20am with 2 rock chips repaired! The young lady at the counter was very helpful and professional. Fast, friendly, efficient, locally owned and the best price in town! I had called a few competitors and found that I would have been charged up to 40% more if I went with them instead of Tims auto glass and they don't charge a glass disposal fee like most places. They got me in fast and Tim was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be recommending Tims auto glass to all my friends and family who have any future auto glass replacement needs.

I contacted Tim's Auto to have my windshield replaced. I had put off, making the appointment, to the last moment before shipping my car. Tim was very professional and helpful. He gave me an appointment the very next day. I was told 2 hours to install and was prepared to wait it out. But he was done in about an hour and I was on my way. My daughter’s car had a back quarter side window shattered by flying debris on the road. She was heading back to Seward the following day and needed this fixed that day or the following morning. With about an hour before Tim’s was closing, he told us to get a window from a salvage yard and if we got it to him by 4:30 (30 minutes after his close time), he’d put that window in. She was running late but Tim agreed to wait. The salvaged window didn’t have all the parts with it, but Tim was able to get it done! Can’t tell you how impressed I am with Tim’s work ethic, his commitment to customer service and how he was able to improvise to make this salvaged window work! Thank you Tim. They did an excellent job replacing the rear window for my 2018 Ford F-150. They vacuumed up all the broken glass, and had it done within an hour and a half. They don’t skip steps just to save you time. When you can get it done cheaper and faster someplace else, that usually means skipping steps; which can result in lower quality work and can result in leaking seals or worse, having the window fall out. If you want good quality work, I 100% recommend Tim’s Auto Glass. As I was out and about doing errands, when my driver side window decided to fall into the hole, and malfunction completely. Mechanic told me wait till Monday ( its thursday!) ..I can not have my car sitting open like that..so I googled and found Tim. OMG .. he is so good and fast !! My window was fixed in an hour! But then....for some unknown reason the anti-theft device on my car activated and it would not start. Well..Tim and Mike both worked extra hard to help me get started . I feel like we are old friends now. What a pain in the butt, but almost worth it to see how helpful and kind some people are .

Woke up to our truck having been broke into and the rear passenger window shattered. Contacted Tim's Auto Glass at 0800 and had the truck window replaced and cleaned up within 3 hours!!!! They went above and beyond to find the right window and honored the quote they provided over the phone without having seen the vehicle. Someone smashed the rear window and driver-side windows of my SUV. I called all over town, and no one was going to be able to get it all fixed for at least a week. Then I called Tim's. They were sympathetic, fast, and very professional. I couldn't bring the car to them until two days later in the morning. They had all the replacements done by the end of there day and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and would definitely go to them again. I highly recommend them.

My peer window went down and wouldn’t come back up, I let a friend try fixing it which worked until it didn’t anymore and then when he tried the 2nd time broke the glass.
