I got a rock chip on I-10 and pulled off at the next exit hoping to get it repaired before the chip became a crack that would require new windshield, as happened within 10 minutes of getting the rock about 5 months ago. Luckily, Quality Auto Glass came up in my Google search as the closest windshield repair shop. I called and a very nice man gave me a quote and told me he could do it while I wait. I was so surprised at the whole process!!! They took me immediately when I arrived and didn't even mind that I had my dog with me. They completed the repair quickly and with great care to get it completely filled. I was amazed at how the chip almost disappeared. It's been 3 days and the repair has held. The very back glass of my new truck got shattered. Evidently, sliding rear windows are a serious job requiring the removal of seats and - of course - the electronic aspect of the power rear window. Quality Auto got it fixed in one day, the next day, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Superb work and priced way less than the place with all the fancy commercials and catchy jingles (you know who you are...).

Had a windshield installed. They broke my a-piller, left big scratches in the new windshield, left the truck a mess and then tried to blame me and would not except responsibility. I took my car here a few years ago to have the front windshield replaced. The place turned out to be super in every regard. Customer service was top shelf, with bend-over-backwards service that was high quality and went well beyond just replacing the windshield. So much so I ended up getting the crew a stack of pizzas as a small token of my appreciation.

They were very friendly. When I asked how long it would take to replace my windshield, they said an hour. But it only took him about 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work early. After receiving a $50 quote to fix a half dime sized nick (to prevent a crack/run) from "You Know Who", I called Quality and was told $25 to fix a chip and we'll taken you whenever you get here. Very happy and I'll be back. Beware of the big box stores, sometimes you just assume their prices are competitive.

So after several phone calls and frustration, I found this place in THEODORE. After a few follow up calls I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. If you have cracks and scratches in your windshield you should definitely go here. The price is the best in town and the service is excellent.

I went here with my grandmother after a rock had hit her windshield causing a huge crack. They ordered the replacement windshield righy away and had it ready to go the next morning! Very polite staff and they have two lovely cats to keep you company while you wait.
