I took my car to LJ, he said to give him a week and I could bring the car in. After calling him for four weeks and being told to call back next Tuesday each time, I called back on Tuesday on the fourth week and being told that he was at lunch. So I called back on Wednesday only to be asked why I didn't bring the car in on Tuesday and that he was booked until the next week. How do you expect someone to just keep calling to see if you're busy and not just book an appointment or just call the person when you're free.The customer service and professionalism was very poor for LJ, I can't speak on the others.

I took my daughter's high school softball glove to him because it was loose around her wrist. He measured a piece of foam and sewed in an extra pad around the wrist guard. He covered the foam with material and it looks like it is part of her glove. He always helps us out with those small things but those small things mean so much, especially to my daughter who plays outfield.

These are wonderful, decent humans at this locally owned father-son business. They do quality work at fair prices. We have used them for decades for car upholstery, headliners and sunroofs (the drain lines get clogged from parking under trees), and they covered the clothes guard side pieces of wheelchair in no time bc they’re so sweet and caring. They deserve an award.

Called about getting a new windshield installed the guy started telling me how expensive a factory windshield was said he'd get a price and call me back. It's been 3 days I haven't heard anything was also gonna see if they do leather in vehicles. Business must be booming he didn't need my money.

Trim Right Auto did a superb job restitching a boat lift vinyl canopy for me. The canopy is about 8 years old, and the stitching was failing. Now, I have a canopy protecting my boat again that looks almost new.
