I chose Gerber Collision to repair my wife’s van after an accident. We had just moved to the area with the Air Force, and I didn’t know where to go. After checking Google reviews and noting Gerber’s convenient location, I added it to a short list of shops to call. Gerber was first on the list, and I never had to make another call. Jessica answered the phone and was so thorough and helpful that I immediately scheduled with her. If they put that much care into a simple phone inquiry, I knew they’d be great to work with. I was right—the work was phenomenal. The van looks better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repair. Jessica handled scheduling, guided me through the rental process, and made sure we had a vehicle big enough for our four kids. She anticipated issues I never would have considered, saving us hours of frustration. She remained consistently helpful throughout the entire process, and I am truly grateful for her support. McLain did the estimate and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the damages and repair plan. He walked me through potential challenges, best- and worst-case timelines, and how he would address any delays. What stood out most was the way he combined technical expertise with genuine customer care—he didn’t just talk about the “what,” but explained the “why” behind each step. As a military physician, part of my job is helping patients navigate complex systems and understand difficult information. I know how hard it is to communicate technical details clearly. Incredible service here! Every staff member is very professional and goes above and beyond to walk you through every detail of what they are doing and have complete upfront transparency, checking in with any updates and progress every step of the way. My car had been hit on the back rear passenger door. Not only was this completely taken care of in an extremely fast turnaround time, but they also addressed other issues I needed to have worked on, but never got the time to do it until my car was hit. The communication is impeccable! Workmanship top notch! I will attach my before and after photos. They handled absolutely everything - both the insurance claim and my out-of-pocket for add on repair, and were very fair and reasonable pricing without sacrificing their professional care with the repair & looking after me to make the entire process as smooth as possible. I was so surprised when I got my car back to discover it had been completely detail cleaned on the inside as well! I had planned to go get my CRV vacuumed out after picking it up, but they had taken care of all of that for me, which I was not expecting, but was incredibly grateful for this kindness…the little details make such a difference! I had an incredible experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. From start to finish, their team completely exceeded my expectations. I was pretty stressed about getting my truck repaired, but the staff at Gerber made it so easy. They kept me in the loop the entire time, giving me regular updates on the progress — I never had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening. But the real surprise? My truck was finished two weeks ahead of schedule. I was expecting to be without a vehicle for a while, but Gerber worked quickly without cutting corners. When I picked it up, the workmanship was flawless — you’d never know there was ever any damage. Gerber Collision is absolutely amazing! Very nice people and super great to work with. A lady had side swiped me on the highway and had damaged my vehicle pretty bad. Her insurance, All State, referred me to them. From the start they were very professional and nice and made sure they inspected every part of my vehicle to make it look new again. They estimated the job would take about a month but they got it done in two weeks, even with some hiccups of getting the parts. McLain called me and gave me plenty of updates of the process. I just picked up the car today and it looks amazing! Doesn’t even look like it was ever in an accident. Also was happy to see they cleaned the inside of my car as well. Also a plus with them is there’s a lifetime warranty on the parts and paint they put on. Definitely suggest using them!

You guys were absolutely wonderful! McLain was very helpful and professional and very knowledgeable about everything and could answer all of my questions. Everything was done to perfection and my car looks fabulous! They also kept me informed on what was going on during the process and was able to get the job done very fast. Seemed as if they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and I really appreciate that so much. I will most definitely never use another body shop over you guys if I need this type of work done in the future. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend and also return. Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The customer service was top notch and the attention to detail given to my repairs was impressive. I was informed regularly about the progress of the work being done and my vehicle was completed much earlier than promised! They even gave my car back to me with the interior cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! Gerber met and exceeded my expectations! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Everything about this location is 100% what a body shop should be. The customer service is the best I've received, I really like how McClain calls you every Tuesday and Thursday to let you know what is going on with the repairs. The body work and paint are very well done, you can't even tell an accident ever occurred, the paint match was perfect. I will never use another body shop for my cars, you earned a customer for life. We used Gerber for the damage to our Kia after being rear ended. They were friendly and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We never had to wonder what step was in process or what part was being waited on. These guys did great work and not only did they repair all of the damage to the outside of the vehicle. They went above and beyond to detail the interior of the vehicle as well. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gerber.
