Not real happy with them mr.paul and another man came out to put a new windshield in our 2021 king ranch truck thay damaged the top of the fender with the windshield I'll post a picture.thay should have had a protective mat to put over the area so this wouldn't happen.we had used them last year with a different truck and thay did great even cleaned the new windshield didn't do that this time either.He said the company will pay for it being fixed well what about a trip to get it looked at then a trip to take it to be fixed then a trip to pick it up.we live 35 minutes out of Columbus Ga.also i just found this now their was some dirt on the mat but not on our carpet or the flat piece.we always put out feet on the mat this is uncalled for you're people need to do a lot better.ServicesInstallationPrice assessmentOverpriced

Do not bring your car here I got my window replaced with this company within a month of having it replaced it shattered by it’s self I called to see if there’s anything they can do and simply just told me no customer service was horrible they didn’t even let me start my story and they claim that someone broke it and tried saying that the frame was probably broken but if that was the case then they wouldn’t had replace my window in the first place smh no warranty but these other reviews I’m saying you guys are helping the customers unless if it’s a lie don’t bring your car here this company is a scam

The gentlemen that came out to fix my windshield were amazing! They did quick work, communicated when they would arrive, and didn’t leave until they made sure it was perfect. They were the lowest quote I received, as my car had to be recalibrated, but that did not compromise the quality of work. Called them after safelight canceled our appointment. The best thing we could’ve done! Very professional, and prompt. They made us feel like a priority despite them being extremely busy. Rude receptionist called to get a price on a windshield. Did the standard greeting of " Good Mourning" got a reply of what is my name no I'm doing well or any other standard response so I stated my greeting again " Good Morning" and then again silence and only reply I get is "can I help you ". Don't spend your hard earned money where they employ people who have no interest in even greeting you properly...

Only thing that was messed up is the installer took picture of my card and sent payment in to office when the office should have call me to request payment that how fraud is committed and I was not happy with that but window was done great thanks
