I would highly recommend them. I really had to battle between giving 4 and 5 stars. They came on time and they had my windshield replaced in about seven minutes. The windshield is in perfect condition very nice and it was very affordable, much cheaper than Safelite. The only issue I had was my rearview mirror was replaced without my permission. I didn’t realize it until after I got in my car later that afternoon, and looked in the rearview mirror and in three places along the border, it looked like the mirror was melting, or had burn marks on it. I contacted the manager and provided him with photos of the review mirror, and he was very attentive. He informed me that the technician said they did not replace my mirror But to solve the issue he kindly sent the technicians out a few days later to replace my rearview mirror… The only problem is this second replacement was also not in perfect condition. I inspected it as soon as they finish the job and it looked perfect. But the next day, it also started to look distorted/burned in a bottom corner. I wish i still had my originally mirror. I think that they are taking the mirrors and replacing them with cheaper replacements that have Low quality reflective material that seems to be sensitive to heat, and the reflective material starts to melt/distort in the corners. It’s very strange. The technicians are very polite people. I would just highly recommend watching them work, which they do say you can watch us work or if you would like to wait in your home they can give you a call when they’re done. So in conclusion again, I do highly recommend them and have told a few friends about how affordable they are but The mirror thing definitely threw me off. I did not bother contacting management again, a second time after the replacement because I felt like it would be For a small problem. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I could watch the work from the window. The repair was done quicker than I expected. The glass looked brand new again. They even cleaned my other windows. I liked that they used quality materials. The price was fair for the great service. They also handled my insurance paperwork. Everything was simple and stress-free. The technician clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure I was happy before leaving. Driving feels safer now with the repair done. I will use them again if needed. Fast and courteous response. Sent message on Tuesday evening and received a text from Brad on Wednesday morning. Sent photos over and was quoted a price. Was lucky to have service completed the same day while at the office. Communication throughout was top notch. They let me know when they had arrived and when the job was completed which was about 20 minutes for the windshield repair I needed. Due to the type of break (thank you to the car that kicked up the rock that hit my windshield on I-459) you can still see the break slightly, however it looks much better than before. Thank you all for your excellent work.

Had a great experience from start to finish. From getting a quote, scheduling the service of a total windshield replacement and actually getting the windshield replaced, it was all smooth and easy. The technicians were nice, helpful, gave me a call when they were about 20 minutes away and then had the repair done in less than 30 minutes. They explained everything well and made me aware of the one year guarantee on the repair before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone. They certainly had the best price of anyone in the area.

i had a great experience with this company. they responded very quickly when helping me get a quote as well as getting me scheduled for my repair. the day of service the tech was very communicative and did a great job. the repair itself didnt take long at all, looks great, everything functions properly, and the price was the best out of multiple places i checked with prior. i definitely would recommend and if i ever needed their services again i would be going back.

Quick response and able to text them if they can't answer the phone. Better service than other big name companies! I’ve had my windshield replaced and my headlights restored by these folks and they always do great work! They are professional and communicate well, and it is so convenient. My car windshield had two chips, one with a crack forming. Kevin came out to my house and worked on my car in the driveway . He did not rush through the process, but carefully repaired both chips and prevented the crack from growing any longer. The repairs are barely noticable now! The cost was much cheaper than an eventual windshield replacement. Thanks Kevin and Magic City Glass.
