If I could give less than one star I would. About 2 months ago my landscaper accidentally threw a rock while mowing and shattered my back door. He was more than happy to have it replaced if I set it up (which i did through precision glass). The two men showed up as scheduled and called me from the front yard to tell me they had arrived. I greeted them and showed them the door that needed repair. I only spoke the the lead man and it was brief. I never spoke to the young male helper who was present. Nor did he ever speak to me. They finished measuring and left. It was all and all a pleasant experience. Fast forward to that evening and I get a random text saying something "hey you're cute. do you want to go out some time? btw I was at your house helping measure your replacement door today." I was shocked but never responded and never reported it- which is my fault. The only two ways he could have retrieved my personal phone number is by either looking at the ticket or asking the lead man for it. Totally inappropriate and disturbing. Against my better judgement, and lack of alternative options, I had Precision Glass come out and give a quote for a custom shower door and mirror in a remodel I was doing. The man who did it was totally professional and I paid in full for the order over the phone with the receptionist a week later. This receptionist told me it would take two weeks from time of purchase to get the materials and install it. Fine. Again fast forward TWO MONTHS.... I still have nothing. I have called over a half a dozen times where the receptionist has repeatedly told me she can essentially do nothing but answer the phone, places me on hold for an average of 2 minutes and calls her superiors for answers. She always ends the phone call with "I will call you back @ my number." Never once have she ever called me back. She has told me, now, 3 times that they are coming to install on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc and they have been no shows every single time with no call to let me know. This is so disappointing because I have a constant need for custom work and I will never do business with them again after these experiences. ****GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY***

Horrible customer service from the front desk, to the workers, to the manager. The workers managed to install my window with my work lanyard between my window and review mirror. I contacted the front desk to report the issue but Theresa accused me of lying saying the lanyard was not there when she cleaned my window (window was dirty and streaky when I went to pick my car up and this is the second time I’ve had my window replaced by this company due to limited options in the area my insurance works with otherwise the first time would have been the last). The front desk was beyond rude, cutting me off when I was trying to explain the error they had made. Finally the manager pulls up to my work and starts to work on getting the lanyard out that Theresa said wasn’t there. Not one of the 4 people I talked to including the manager apologized for the inconvenience the manager did not even acknowledge me before he started working on my car. Horrible, horrible customer service. Give your money to a better business.

Stay away. My MIL got broken into and we had this company come out and replace the glass in the broken window and a few others we had issues with. The receptionist was rude to my MIL over the phone. The glass was cut too short and there where gaps in-between the glass and window frame. The glazing strips or plastic stops would just fall between the glass and the frame. You can feel cold air coming through it. We called to have them come out and fix it they sent someone out who just filled it with silicone and called it done. He even left some of the strips off so it's not even complete. I asked them to come back out and redo it they said a manager would have to call me and I've never heard from them since. I've called a few times and get a busy tone. My MIL just wants her house back to normal. Extremely unprofessional and bad quality of work. Recommend looking elsewhere and paying a professional company who will do it right.Price assessmentOverpricedServicesGlass installation

Can’t say enough great things about this company! I manage a student housing property and they’ve done multiple jobs for me. Every time I’ve called them, they were out here same day or next day. They are always SO friendly, especially the woman who answers the phones and schedules appointments. All the technicians are always so friendly and arrive in a great mood like they’re truly happy to be there. They’ve done multiple kinds of jobs. Window repairs, window installation, glass replacement. I’ve never had an issue with any of their work. It’s always completed in a quick, timely manner. Highly highly highly recommend them!!! The quality of the work was as expected. However, it can only be assumed that they have more customers than manners. I encountered one of the owners Teresa. She could not have been more rude and unfriendly about a mistake they made. When I called her out on her attitude she gave a could care less response. Almost as if you say we have 100 more waiting and you are just one. Given they are a very busy business that does not give them the right to treat anyone with disrespect. The other office staff was friendly for the most part. It was apparent that Teresa had them intimidated as well. My recommendation is stay away unless you like your glass repairs served with a side of glass shard attitude.

The guys who came out to fix my window were very nice. The only complaint I have is broken glass left on my floor. I normally wouldn’t complain about this but I have a cat and it would have cost a lot of money if he would’ve stepped on a piece of it or ate it. I saw him smelling something on the floor so I went over to see what it was, thank goodness I saw it before it was too late. All in all, I would recommend them. have used them in past but recent experience disgusting. had glass put above my fireplace and it cracked. first they didnt keep proper receipts so we have to show them they installed it. then they had the nerve to tell me it was a heat crack and they didnt know it was going to exposed to heat???????????? a fireplace????? by some miracle they remembered that they warned me about the heat and it needed a deflector. in the same sentence they pronouned that all fireplaces dont give off heat. please, give me a break.

Great service - will never do the other guys again. They took the time to do it right, ordering the replacement pillar molding, making sure I knew about what they were doing all the way. I have an OG Range Rover I take very good care of with a lot that cannot be replaced - they picked up on that and communication was great. AND, there was an issue with my cowl tray that wasn't their issue, but they fixed anyway and didn't charge me to do so! Hands down THE BEST!!!

Lady who answers the phone is beyond rude. I fully was planning to take my business here but the way I was spoken to on the phone completely changed my mind. Being talked over and talked down to is something no paying customer wants, especially when there was absolutely no reason for it. I have never been snapped at by someone who is taking my money for a service, so this is a first. Looks like I’m not the first one either. Do better.

Called for assistance with getting a windshield replace today. The lady who answered the phone was patient, yet still efficient with me. After coming in today to get my windshield replace, I'd recommend this business to anyone and everyone. They are efficient with their work and extremely friendly. Thankful for southern hospitality like this one provides and good businesses like this one!
