Levi's Auto Glass

I wanted to love Levi’s Auto Glass however Levi himself has absolutely fallen short. I had Levi put new windshield in two of my vehicles the first vehicle he did a good job, but the second vehicle he installed scratched glass and installed the windshield crooked enough that the trim pieces no longer fit and there are gaps around the windshield that weren’t designed to be there. I gave Levi multiple opportunities to replace the improperly installed and scratched windshield however, Levi blew me off and has now ghosted me multiple times even after he said he had me locked in his schedule for replacement. Levi claimed to have many personal issues that stood in his way of being able keep his word and to do a professional job and take care of a customer that has already paid. As a professional Levi should be able to separate his personal issues from his business but he seems unable and to incompetent to do so. I would not recommend Levi. He is a flake and very unprofessional. He has scammed me out of over $450 and now I must pay someone else to fix the job Levi did poorly in the first place. There are many other options in the area for windshield replacement, I wouldn’t ever call Levi unless you hate your money and your car.

I had a rock nick my windshield that I had let spread and knew I would need to replace the entire windshield. (I should have called him earlier to have kept it from spreading.) I texted Levi on Sunday afternoon and he responded within 10 minutes. I was able to send him pics of the damage to confirm windshield replacement was needed. I gave him the VIN number of my vehicle and he ordered the glass. He stayed in contact with me through my preferred means of contact (text). The glass was delivered on Tuesday around 10AM and Levi had previously communicated with me that he would come to my location to do the work after lunchtime. He gave me a call at 1pm letting me know he would be to my location in 20 minutes. Upon arrival he told me it would take around 45 minutes to complete the job, and he was correct! He gave me some advisement- no high powered car washes for at least 48 hours. He was professional and kind- I felt comfortable having him come to my property.

I was recommended Levi’s Autoglass through friends who often use their services. Absolutely fantastic experience. I have an older vehicle and so replacement parts aren’t easy to come by, but he was able to get a windshield within a few days and came to my workplace to install it in less than 2 hours. Answered all my questions and concerns and the windshield looks and fits fantastic. He helped me solve another leak issue I had and even replaced the dash camera and reran the wire for me! Levi went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend!!

Called Levi late morning on a Friday about a chip repair and he was at my home at 6pm that same day to do the repair. It was a bad crack I had gotten that morning on my way back from Louisiana. He did a great job on the fix. Very professional and respectful. Precision Glass did me the favor of turning me down earlier in the day. I will definitely use Levi again and I recommend everyone to use him as well. Thanks again Levi!

I’ve used Levi twice now. He came within 2 days to Prattville to replace an entire windshield and Wallsboro to patch two chips. Both completed within an hour. He was very professional over the phone, gave me an ETA, explained the situation in depth, and was considerate of my kids sleeping during his visit. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back! Most importantly he is local owned! Business feeds his family

Called Levi yesterday, they told me they can come as soon as they could this afternoon. Showed up early were very friendly and professional. Got it done in about 30-45 minutes. The windshield looks great, the old one was leaking and had some rust so he cleaned it up and double primered it. They go above and beyond. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need anything done!

Had to reschedule due to rain, but all communication was prompt and very courteous and professional. He will get you back on the road, sometimes, in less than an hour. Highly recommend Levi for your glass repair needs.

On the way home from our trip somebody strap with the hook hit my windshield. Tried calling all over the place but couldn't get anyone to answer a phone call. As soon as I called levi answered right away and gave me a great offer on replacing my windshield. He came out very professional and took care of my windshield I recommend this man to everyone if you need one replaced.
